Unfortunately, with the way Victoria is tracking with the latest Covid outbreak, it seems unlikely that the game will held at MCG. Bearing in mind as well, crowds at the MCG have certainly not been a regular thing this year unfortunately either. The AFL will most certainly be aiming for maximum turnover of profits, which will only come from ‘bums on seats’. WA as a whole state have done a remarkable job in consistently having zero to very very few Covid cases, Optus stadium is a good ground with around a 60K capacity I believe, so pretty much a no brainer for my mind, and WA is certainly deserving of hosting the game as well in my opinion.

Whether Greene plays or not is irrelevant for me and I don’t really care either way. If the tigers are serious about winning on Friday night (I hope they are), then they’ll give it their all to make it happen regardless. If not, then Greene not playing will still most likely result in a tigers loss.

About time Dimma swung the axe a bit at Tigerland! Castagna has done nothing this year and is in terrible form. Aarts and Chol also not great form, right call made. Still amazed Caddy not in, been overlooked most of the season and has played pretty well at VFL level. Surely Tigers should get over the line this weekend!

Nothing is guaranteed though Yattz. Yes, Geelong could go all the way this year, but they could also have an off game or poor 2nd half like last year in the GF and quite easily fall short yet again, who knows.

Hopefully for Clarko’s sake he takes a year off from anything, he’s certainly earned it. He gave everything to that club and gave them sustained success for many years! The club and its supporters should be nothing but grateful. He owes no one nothing!
