Australia were dour in this series, got lucky through weather. Batting was fragile, bowling looked loose. England far and away the better team in this series.
Sad ending but got more than they deserve this series.

Wonderful Woakes and Bairstow stunner sink Aussies as ball change debate, Stokes catch howler end Ashes in drama

Thought korobete was well off his usual standard.

All Blacks smash Wallabies to seal Bledisloe AGAIN as Eddie's pain grows after devastating injury to star prop

Starting forwards lost that game, poor ruck work, poor tackle technique, AAA, Slipper, Arnold, Holloway, Porecki, Holloway were absolutely dire . Wright was also dreadful. White has good moments but too many bad choices.

'Gutted': Cheika's Pumas steal dramatic win to confirm Eddie's worst Wallabies fears

Game played exactly like a dead rubber, no intensity, no real commitment in defence, just jacked that extra 10% when the game matters. Decent enough spectacle but a bit meh.

Blues save Best till last as Bradman runs amok to deny Maroons series clean sweep, both coaches could head for exit

Hooper was dreadful, a great player now done, too small., porecki is just useless, never has been, sis BPA. White had a poor half mistake after mistake, poor kicking, but is still our best 9.
Suli is embarrassing.
T.Hooper will go alright, but not yet.
Swap Kerevi for The Clydesdale, bell and Tupou to come back. Still a way to go

'Disaster': Wallabies hammered by Boks as Eddie Jones' return falls flat

Hayden, Gilchrist & Ponting era Aussie’s would constantly put 400 on in a day, this is not revolutionary. The pitch is a road. Get a grip, they didn’t even make 400, if we get skittled under 300 then start to talk. I’m sure our middle order is excited about batting in this deck. I’m sure they’re 3 bowlers are not quite as excited.

Root ton, reverse-ramps, first-ball mayhem and shock declaration - Aussies endure peak Bazball on thrilling opening day

Great to “back the players” but when they’re well short of required ability it doesn’t make sense. Of those recruits Lynagh is a legacy for the reds, JOC is a Qlder and reds man, Peni is rubbish and was a desperate call to cover Thor and Luke Jones was a complete bust. Recruitment has been a complete misfire.

History as Drua smash Reds to seal maiden finals berth but Thorn's side scrape through as Force lose

Lock it in. Great comment, nailed it

Super Rugby Pacific quarterfinals draw and kick off times CONFIRMED: Who qualified, where and when are the games

I’m not measuring success over those teams. Reds are bad, fact

History as Drua smash Reds to seal maiden finals berth but Thorn's side scrape through as Force lose

As soon as they faced NZ teams that year they looked average, it was there best Thorn season and it was average.

I’m a huge reds fan, but go the force! Reds do not deserve to be anywhere near the finals, Thorn does not deserve that last hurrah.

People look at Brad through ridiculous rose coloured glasses, he’s been an abject failure. I can see what he wanted to do, promote players through the club and build a culture, however he’s tactically inept and the development of players has been disastrous, name one player who’s better now than when they began with the reds? Maybe Flook? Even he has gone downhill second half of this season to average at best. Stayed 2 seasons too long.

Every Reds player is an embarrassment to that historic jersey. Brad Thorn is absolutely clueless coach. Been zero development over the past 6 years, not one player is better than when they first put on a red jersey. Hit the road Padre, you’re dragging a proud team into the gutter.

Lucky Kiwis are far too magnanimous to do that….. Ahem, Wayne Barnes.

'That's a big loss': Reds' season hanging by a thread after losing both captains, lock for season

Faessler is definitely improving, work around the park hitting rucks and ball carrying good but not yet great. Who knows how his scrummaging is because he’s in such a weak pack. Was enjoying watching Nasser come along last ear, what happened to him?
Not a fan of Porecki, Australia really needs a good Hooker to put there hand up.
Huge fan of Phillip, so underrated. Huge work rate, hits the ball up all day, great post contact meters. Absolutely monster in the clean out. tackles (dominant) to a standstill, good hands, great team player. infinitely better than Neville, who is solid at best. Would love Phillip to start and just go hammer and tongs for 40 minutes, then bring on Frost to rip the game open when theres a bit more space.

SRP Round 13 Talking Points: Faessler the hooker bolter, playing to Marky's strengths and Philip's late charge

He can cover those positions because he can tackle, kick and has good hands. He played 12 with Two-cows.

Carter Gordon has the gift of time - but how long until he gets to test himself in a Wallabies jersey?

Quade starts. Carter is backup 10 as he’s the best 10 coming through but doesn’t have experience. He may get 5 minutes off the bench, he may get 30 minutes depending on opposition.
He can cover 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15, so he’s a good bench option anyway.

Definitely think the quality of the SR refs is pretty dire, Angus gardener aside, I don’t rate them, Murphy is one if the worst.

Waratahs continue second half season surge as 'forgotten man' helps put away Rebels

Haha, one of them were playing the top of the table chiefs, the other was playing the rebels…..you should see how good I am playing my 9 year old son and his mates….

Waratahs continue second half season surge as 'forgotten man' helps put away Rebels

Yeah Jason Robinson, Koribete, Thorn, Radrada, Sonny Bill we’re all lazy and crap

'We defended like a pack of dogs': Tate leads Reds to stunning win after Thorn's huge call ends 10 years of pain

I love to whinge, it’s very therapeutic….especially because I’m a reds fan….

'We defended like a pack of dogs': Tate leads Reds to stunning win after Thorn's huge call ends 10 years of pain

One last thing, the kiwi commentators were like two drunk kiwis watching rugby and talking alcohol fueled rubbish for 80 minutes, do the New Zealand public enjoy that? Gawd it was bad

Conner Vest best game by a zillion miles too

Anything else in that barrel Thorny? Looks well and truly scraped now.
