And we could be playing against 3 Barrets, 2 saveas and at a long shot 2 McKenzies. We could match that by adding 2 allaalatoas…

Four Wallaby bolters who could be Cheika's 'Peter Who?'

surely you would agree that playing nz in nz is statistically the hardest place to play rugby in the world though. I’m all for confidence but jeez the lions are going to have to have three belters in a row to overcome what is the most dominant era of rugby in the history of our fine game…

Not sure if either sets of supporters are overly arrogant. To me it seems simply as anticipation!

Are Lions fans whistling past the graveyard?

I seem to remember foley slotting a half the field width pass into space for AAC’s first try in the WC semi vs the pumas that was an absolute pearla!

One short step to power: Samu Kerevi at the centre of attention

I have to say I completely disagree with this Beale defense bashing. I’ll concede historically his defense was pretty ordinary, and that I haven’t watched anything but the highlights of his season so far this year. But his last full season as a tah I thought his defense was excellent as it was before he got injured at the start of last season. In fact I can’t remember the last time we had a fly half defend at 10 for the tahs with the exception of Beale when foley was out at the start of last season. Something I thought he did a fantastic job at.

Beale could offer Waratahs a ray of hope

I was in tassie around Christmas and had a chat with a bloke who had just come back from taking his wife and young daughter to the big bash. He spent a good 20 minutes explaining how crap it was that tassie only really gets big bash as a major sporting event. It got me thinking how epic it would be if rugby got a foothold in tassie. Seems like some good planning from the aru to include a utas team if you ask me.

Women's sevens university tournament draw announced

The forward pack man for man looks like a battle for the ages. In the backs I feel the all blacks have a big advantage although I don’t know why… man for man they are very similar again but it’s just something about those kiwi combinations! The back three out of smith, naholo, nms, savea, dagg and the younger Barrett looks unstoppable… that’s before you add in the older Barrett at 10

Strong Lions squad doesn't have the x-factor to beat All Blacks

I have a feeling the boks will have a quality team this year. I have liked the looks of the lions, the sharks and the bulls either completely or in big patches of the games I’ve watched. It seems as though they are all playing slightly more attacking rugby… but still with the man mountains we know and love them for

Sorry Melbourne. If the ARU is genuine, the Force must stay

If savea is a bus, big t’s a train…

Corey Jane getting hit by a train has a nice ring to it.

Hurricanes drop Julian Savea from side to host Waratahs

I can confirm he’s from Sydney. Went to shore, played juniors for seaforth raiders and rep for the marlins at a junior level. Actually if my memory serves me correctly it was hooper at 7, Reid at 6 in the starting pack in that team

If Michael Hooper is hit by a bus tomorrow, who’s next in line?

Poor taste dude…

Former Wallabies and Brumbies player reportedly arrested after rape allegation

Completely Agree

Hopes are never higher than the first week of February

Speaking of hopes and dreams for the upcoming season i would love to see this starting tahs team get a crack this year at some point. I think it may be a little too soon for some, but i guess you dont know till you try hey?
