Look, if he doesn’t like it, it’s politically correct, right? “Politically correct” has meant “bad” even longer than “woke” has meant bad. 😂

Rugby News: 'Weird period' - Tahs' devastating Eddie treatment revealed, kids' tackling is 'child abuse' claim

Here’s a left-field suggestion, if we were to consider another New Zealander, what about Wayne Smith?

'You don't go back': Deans distances himself from Wallabies return as he echoes Waugh's comments on Jones era

Your analysis doesn’t invalidate my point. Loads of people quickly turned on him after just a couple of months.

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

And how will this help anything?

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

Oh, what? Are you saying he was sacked before he had a chance to finish the job? What do you suppose everyone in the comments here is calling for now? That’s it! Sack a bloke before the job’s done, otherwise hound him out of the role.

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

This is most certainly a possibility. Everyone has seen how quickly RA caves to the mob over the years, rather than sticking with a sound strategy.

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

I’ll be howled down by the masses for saying so, but the way I see it, RA demonstrated a sound strategic approach by hiring Jones. Audacious? Maybe, but I think we all knew that. What was clear though, judging by the contract tenure, is that it was a long-term plan. Sadly, it only took the first two losses, for pretty much everyone who comments here, to declare it an abject failure and call for Jones’s sacking, rather than to keep calm and carry on. Another loss, another bunch of converts to the “Sack Jones” bandwagon. It has been a BRUTAL stacks-on. If he has indeed signed with Japan, who could blame him? Geez, some are even calling for Waugh’s scalp even though he’s only been there five minutes, simply because he’s backing his team! Isn’t that what he’s supposed to do?! The answer, IMHO, is not to keep sacking people over and over again. It hasn’t worked.

REPORT: Eddie Jones to quit Wallabies and join Japan as head coach

Uncalled for. 👎

Wallabies lose another two young guns to World Cup injuries - but Eddie won't call up anyone yet

'Semi pro sport at best': Ex-Ireland HP manager's scathing critique of Aussie rugby, and dire warning for its future

Unsure how familiar you are with professional sport, but having different coaches for different aspects of the game isn’t new, and isn’t unusual.

'Coaching staff is outstanding': Eddie assistant's bold call on 'eclectic' crew - despite their smash and grab flop

I’m inclined to agree with this. Making rash decisions and sacking coaches on a whim has been both a root cause and a symptom over the past years. Keep calm and carry on I reckon. Unless of course there’s a campaign to #bringbacklink. ????

Eddie Jones should be celebrated not booed: Why the worst thing RA could do is sack the Wallabies coach

#bringbacklink

The Wrap: With Wallabies done and dusted in 15 miserable days, who do we trust to take Australian rugby forward?

The Venn diagram of people who say Australian rugby has been going downhill for 20 years and people who bag the Wallabies for not turning results around within a season is almost a perfect circle.

Gatland's grenade: 'I'm a very loyal person - I'm not sure Eddie has always had the same philosophy'

Even if he did think that, he can’t say it, because he’s more than a keyboard warrior.

Gatland's grenade: 'I'm a very loyal person - I'm not sure Eddie has always had the same philosophy'

Comparatively.

'F---ing explain some of these decisions': Ex-Wallaby star's scathing Eddie critique, coach defends vision

You’re quite right. I do believe there is a tendency for many of us to view players past with rose-tinted spectacles.

Wallabies player ratings: Returning forward fires in Skelton's absence as White and Gordon struggle

Ahh, now I’m reading your comment with a different lens and I admit to feeling like a bit of a dill. Sincere apologies.

'Eddie got found out': Jones in spotlight as 'ferocious' Fiji leave Wallabies RWC hopes hanging by thread in 69 year first

I find your comment to be more odd. I’m not sure why everyone keeps saying his confidence will be shot, or that he’s going to be sitting “in his room alone crying”. Surely the Wallabies, like any other professional sports outfit, is well supported by sports psychologists.

'Eddie got found out': Jones in spotlight as 'ferocious' Fiji leave Wallabies RWC hopes hanging by thread in 69 year first

I haven’t seen too many comments here bagging the ref. Heaps more bagging the Wallabies. Perhaps I haven’t scrolled far enough!

'Eddie got found out': Jones in spotlight as 'ferocious' Fiji leave Wallabies RWC hopes hanging by thread in 69 year first

It seemed to mean a lot more to Fiji than it did the Wallabies! It really irks me to see a player with a beaming grin after making a dumb mistake. The supporters wince, but the man responsible somehow sees the funny side.

'Eddie got found out': Jones in spotlight as 'ferocious' Fiji leave Wallabies RWC hopes hanging by thread in 69 year first

As above: “It’s believed Nick Frost is still somewhat troubled by an ear issue.”

CONFIRMED: Wallabies' two-decade first for RWC opener as Eddie explains Donaldson's selection

“Putting it all out there for his country”? Bollocks. He’s not a soldier in battle. He’s putting it all out there for his bank balance, no different from the rest of us.

Exclusive: Eddie to spring huge No.15 shock to start World Cup as Donno's 'natural game' gives him an edge

As Bonaparte once said, “Men are more easily governed through their vices than through their virtues,” so it makes sense to have as many vices as possible IMHO. 😂

Wallabies' PREDICTED World Cup squad: Jones faces defining choice as he locks in 33 for France

The placement of McDermott’s kicks matter much less than the context of the game. Sure, they may have been taken from the same spots, but the Wallabies hadn’t been struggling for momentum earlier in the match.

'Must do your head in': Quade's error and Tate's indecision crucial as All Blacks duo bring the pain yet again

To quote your earlier comment, “How was Hooper involved… was it that he didn’t support McKenzie who was going out on a limb to support his girlfriend, like Slipper and multiple others didn’t in the fall out.”
His girlfriend?
And now you say you don’t know any of the details. This part we know is true, you don’t know any of the details, but spare us the scuttlebutt.
