What he brought to Australia was rubbish. Poor selections, comms, tactics just dumb. Look at him blaming lack of resources on the way out. He has proved to be an incompetent narcissistic idiot who takes the media and us as silly. No thanks go away and take your political games

'I'm so pissed off': Eddie open to walking away from Wallabies if it suits RA, sticks knife into Hoops, Quade

Just a bad coach trying to play politics in a clown suit. What a disappointment

It’s a fools gold this Australian Way myth. We need to find a winning way, then that becomes our way…. Not the other way around.

No crybabies, no league tragics, no Eddie Jones - the next Wallaby coach checklist

I’ll put my hand up as #fooled. The series wins against Australia caught our eye

SPIRO ZAVOS: My message to Hamish McLennan and Eddie Jones: 'In the name of God, go'

1. I’m as saddened as anyone and no offense intended.
2. If we are honest almost all we’re behind the appointment (yes not literally all), in fact there was great excitement after witnessing England towel the Wb in the series under EJ. I accept there was contrary views that have turned out to be accurate but by and large it was a positive appointment at the time. There was talk of an inevitable ‘ bounce’ etc. just in time for the cup. No offense intended to those that disagreed, just that the decision was popular and based evidence quite logical.
3. My point is that we need to be an intelligent code. Blood letting forms a more conservative management style and short term thinking. That’s a fact. Also the churn has has not brought results before.

Point 3 was in fact my entire point. I’m concerned that by demanding the heads of those that facilitated change we are in fact going to be worse for it as a code. I think it’s important to note that DRs results were not acceptable and that was why the decision was made (primarily). We all complained endlessly about those results didn’t we. Itaily etc.

Regard EJ I have a different view. It’s clear he did a poor job in terms of tactics and selections to a shocking level.

Companies don’t work well when you throw everything out. Remember that the ARU is a business, not a political party.
A word of warning: an organization that does not accept mistakes will not take any risk, and for Rugby in Australia that would be a problem. A big one.
HM and co are good operators guys. Make no mistake, they are some of the best around.
The Eddie Jones call was no objected to by us or anyone of merit. So let’s not pretend we knew any better.

Narcissism
Personality qualities include thinking very highly of oneself, needing admiration, believing others are inferior and lacking empathy for others.

'Clown show', 'such a flog', 'poor form': How Aus rugby reacted to report that Eddie had Japan job interview before RWC

Serious question – is Eddie still all there?

'People smell blood': Eddie says Wallabies had to change ahead of World Cup ... even if it costs him his job

Dear EJ, Suli will be off to Europe as soon as he gets an offer! Bon voyage to your future right wing. Your captain will retire in 24 months. Your front rower is on 140 games. Kurevi has been around for 10 years already.

Besides those people and 5 others it’s pretty young.

But wait, you dropped the boy playmaker you hung the entire RWC on and threw in a NSW dud. Backing youth I hear you say .. another take is you gambled and ruined Gordon’s confidence on the way to crushing RA cup chances. It was quite important we did well if you recall?

Bye the way, Donaldson got hooked v wales last year for an ordinary game. Noah L came in and won the game .. did you do the research?

No? Well .. it’s officially a circus. 4 more years.

Funny, I watched the game a long time after reading the headlines. I actually think for most of the game the wbs played well. What they didn’t do well was kick. For goodness sake it was a tactic, possibly the right one with a dominant line out but you have to execute.

Now did anyone think the refs calls favored Fiji? I think so. Lots of shoulder and late hits going in. Way to quick on the holding calls. 18-8. Anyway.

The Wrap: Group C fast becoming everyone’s favourite - except for the Wallabies as early flight home looms large

Looks ok against weak opponents. It takes more that that however:

Suli touted by Jones and now a weapon
Pack looking good and big and strong
Skelton like the way he is leading and playing
Kellaway is awesome
Donaldson had a good game let’s face it. Defensive issues and won’t arrack anything .. but good.

EJ is making it happen and seeing things others have not

Pushing passes and not cleaning out. Yep an Australian rugby game!

Swinton has that liability smell
Flook is a good player
Hanigan a standout
Foley and JOC pretty solid
Uru is dynamic lots of smart touches

Are silly. Significant turn around in fortunes have occurred! Now for the RWC.

Go wallabies and RA

I put something in Fiji to make semis at 17-1.

Predicted Wallabies 23 for RWC opener: Front row tweak, bag handler to finisher, what to expect from Georgia

It was 17-3 in Dunedin

Yes that’s true to an extent, but:

Not a ‘B’ team rather the ABs second best at 9/10.
D Mack is hardly B. I believe they were assessing him at 10 outright.
It was a domination in the first half, not just a good performance.

My opinion is this half was more than luck / stays quo in another form. It was a sign of combinations truly clicking (finally) and a genuine threat to the world top team ATM / one of.

That half also convinced EJ that M Hooper and QC are not required.

We shall see but EJ has gone to so many RWC’s that he must know something we don’t.

Predicted Wallabies 23 for RWC opener: Front row tweak, bag handler to finisher, what to expect from Georgia

Our run on side will be exceptional. Watch the first half against the ABs in bled 2. It really was a changed team and that’s all about CG T Hooper and Eddie’s coaching. We have not had a half like that is decades, scrum was fine but problem is it’s just a half.

Predicted Wallabies 23 for RWC opener: Front row tweak, bag handler to finisher, what to expect from Georgia

Peteaia for Kellaway at 15. Note JOC is in camp in Northern Territory so it’s not quite settled yet.

I don’t think quades
and hoopers performances were good enough to warrant selection. They are also both Single position players which
Impacts the squad. Hooper is also injured. Quade looks like he is about to be injured.

My only issue is Donaldson showed signs of cracking under pressure. The nightmare scenario is CG is injured and the comp is over for the WLBS as Donaldson is not a world beater. EJ has created this possibility.

I make the point that the coach would be incompetent if they put the individuals swansong over the teams interests. 2021 was a good 2 games by quade but not more than that and a significant injury at the end. So I disagree with SBW and believe his comments are tainted.

Predicted Wallabies 23 for RWC opener: Front row tweak, bag handler to finisher, what to expect from Georgia

Gosh let’s hope your wrong! Suli has had ample opportunity and showed nothing …. Ever. Dylan P I don’t get it. Good winger but not a utility same with Donaldson.

M Hooper I agree he is covered by T Hooper and Mcright.

Hodge has to be there. Tom Wright will lose you the World Cup and Rob Leota and Jolloway don’t influence the game at international level. Anyway EJ has developed a halves combination that works so that’s a positive.

Wallabies' PREDICTED World Cup squad: Jones faces defining choice as he locks in 33 for France

I don’t think we get the order of the way improvements would come. It’s like this:

1. Create interest / ratings up / money in the SR COMP

2. Create interest / ratings up / money in the SR COMP

3. 1. Create interest / ratings up / money in the SR COMP

4. Picky about players origin etc.

Get the comp moving. Love the draft idea.

And btw if you do numbers 1 to 3
You can attract your players back from Europe.

It’s not the other way around.
