i would say 4-1 or 5-0 to India, any thing other than these 2 score lines will be a bonus for Australia. The big problem with Australian ODI team these days is their effectiveness against spin bowling and also the lack of finishing touch – the recent Adelaide ODI was a perfect example. People like Warne & Waughan are saying pick Phillippe – that too just after 2 good knocks in Big Bash 🙂
Australia face a nightmare tour of India
yes i agree it was a boring run fest. Austrlia almost threatened to pull off the unbelievable in the last ODI with a 100 from Faulkner, i am not sure if Faulkner has any other hundred in List A Cricket 😉 I prefer to watch a low scoring match instead with some help for the bowlers, but those days are long gone.

Paine should not be the Keeper for one day team, even Carey is average. On current form, Wade deserves another go. I think Josh Phillippee might get a chance soon (within the next 2 years)
A golden opportunity: Don't pick Smith and Warner
They should have selected Pucovski ahead Labuschagne, i dont understand why Labuschagne is still in the team. They should not have recalled Labuschagne for the Sydney test in the first place.
Selection bungles cost Will Pucovski his Test debut
Ashton Turner should be given a chance in the one day team i think, he was in good form in Big Bash last year. and yesterday another good score when WA was struggling in the chase against Blues.
The four players who'll be using the JLT Cup as a World Cup audition
I dont know what is Selector’s aversion towards Lyon, he should be given more chances in LOIs. Fawad and Boyce are definitely not the answers according to me. Tom O’Connell looks promising , his action looks similar to Rashid Khan
Who are Australia's best spinners?
Bryant is still raw, as you said Brayan has still a long way to go, same like Philippe
Australia needs a radically different World Cup squad
