Tony I certainly had my fair share of bad head knocks as a youngster. So I get the whole thing. It’s hard though when you set your course as a professional sportsman/ woman and that’s the only path you can see ahead. But that’s the nature of several sports. The sad part for a lot of the youngsters is that they can’t see any alternative paths. At a similar age I had a choice of possible careers and I think I chose well. But I wasn’t under the pressure and social media scrutiny that these people are under! I wish him well of course.
