could he end up as a fullback? Certainly has speed. Good under the high ball. Ball-playing ability? Playing on the wing limits his ability to demonstrating his skill in this area…
Which clubs should be chasing Addo-Carr's signature?
Surely someone will/has leaked the $ amount…
Rugby AU and Israel Folau settle legal dispute
true. and enough Broncos haters to fill suncorp every second week
The Sydney Roosters are the most logical team for relocation
Northern Roosters. Every second match at Brookie. Every other match at the football stadium. Manly to Central Coast – fan base, great stadium, juniors.
The Sydney Roosters are the most logical team for relocation
disagree. look at the nfl nba models.. killing it
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
leagues club out of the way? its a walk from woolaware train station right beside the stadium…
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
survival of the fittest does not mean over a year or 2… try a decade
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
then the nrl get their thinking caps back on and make it even better based in the new demographics etc. If you’re not moving forward your going backwards
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
WIN now big backers. Double the number if home games. city GROWING quick as footy precinct brilliant. great jnr base. It wd now kill it as stand alone
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
disagree with just abiut everything you said Sammy. only even there now because if uncle nick and the $ he brings. why logo on opera house? only $$$
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
i think 16 teams wd work. all play each other once then split ti top 8 and bottom 8. finals = 6 from top 8 division, 2 frim bottom 8 division. Every club stays motivated. Why wd a club aim up for top 8 division when the competition is going to be much tougher = 75% chance of finals vs 25% chance in division 2…bigger crowds etc. That wd make 15 first round games, 7 in divisions. 22 rounds reduces player fatigue and allows for a stand alone rep weekend… fk im good lol
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
yes you do, well depends in what u call successful – so many teams have low attendance, poor results year after year, financial inly keeping their head above water because of their leaguea club and nrl grant… Newtown and realistically tigs of late gorn. have a look thru the list of establishment clubs who got the flick over 100 years. changing demographics etc require change. NFL (they do alright) NBA (same) change locations not regularly but when needed eg seattle nba gorn. Raiders about to move to Las Vegas. LA rams, utah jazz (jazz coz they statted in new Orleans) Vancouver Grizzlies to Memphis… love my tradition. Was at every dragons home game as a kid but demands of tv and professionalism of the league demands quality and $ and supporters and…. Im now in the gold coast and if i need a fix of old school i go watch burleigh bears.. off to watch tweed trial today
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
i grew up in the shire but despite their recent success there’s always been financial and other priblems there. easy to jump on a train to see rabbits play or head down the gong … about 40 minutes. Manly… brooky. just too old and expensive to do up. Take a drive to see the central coast chooks. Eastern suburbs – thise 5 blokes and their dog can go watch rabbits… There’s too much to do for many people in the ciast so football not a priority. Have included titans coz its a big city with a big junior base and when they win they can draw a criwd. plus keep the afl mongrels out!
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
yep. no problem with that. sth Island team wd wirk for me . Hurricanes can draw a crowd in Wellington. great stadium. guess that gives me team 14! that wd be 26 rounds. play everyone twice. Good call randym
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
they’re fun to watch and it keeps the game going in nz

Think ur close Dunca.
Staring from the North:
1. Cows
2. Boncos
3. Brisbane 2
4. Titans
5. Newcastle
6. Central Coast Chooks (coz when Nick goes they will have financial clout to match their crowds and junior base….nothing)
7. Parra
8. Penrith
9. Tigers (in Macarthur)
10. Illawarra Dragons
11. Canberra
12. Melbourne
13. Warriors
Bugger I was hoping for 12… Sorry doggies, manly, rooters.

Rugby is cultural – private school old boys…
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
Wish Nick wd take them to the central coast. Then they wd have crowds and juniors to match their success. Success/buying power shd not be the only consideration. CCC central coast chooks wd kill it!
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
100% kdog. Huge junior base and get great crowds now (even for Many games, who they shd hate). The “its part of Newcastle”s junior zone” doesnt cut it. Junior zones are irrelevant… eg chooks – virtually no juniors and still incredibly successful
Joey and Freddie are right: There are too many teams in Sydney
So wish the Walker brothers could get a crack at NRL level!
