Ha! A cappella it is not the same?
Super Rugby history worth celebrating. Or I’d have thought so…
Yes, brought my ski gear! Ready to rumble and be loud on Saturday! Would you be at the Orangetheory?

Many thanks, Brett. I echo Nobes words, we Argentineans have learnt a lot and The Roar and everyone’s comments have been part of our essential learning lessons. Just made it to Christchurch with my son, ready for the big game on Saturday. Flew with the Jagures team but also the Brumbies flew back to Auckland in the same flight. The level of comradely, respect and friendship amongst these two teams was visible. At any rate, we very much appreciate being welcomed here at the Roar. Cheers!

Thanks, Harry! True, Velez Sarsfield had its time of glory and magic. Now a bit more thrilled than last Saturday evening, I’ll be on the same plane with Jaguares on the way to ChCh and shall sing for Jagaures all game long at the Orangetheory Stadium. Anyone could recommend a good pizza close to this stadium for an after-match celebration? Cheers!!!
Jaguares hammer Brumbies in Super Rugby semi-final
Having a pizza 7 blocks away from Amalfitano stadium. I am still in awe!!! Vamos Jaguares!!!!! Loved being there, singing with the crowd and enjoying Jaguares plying at its best!!! Ready to go to ChCh or host Canes!!!!
Jaguares hammer Brumbies in Super Rugby semi-final
Mr Ralph, Sir, Brumbies shall take a penalty shot (not of good malbec) and shall open the score. As regards first try, either Vivas or Creevy shall score the first try. Mr Fainga will have a temporary smile with a driving maulish try (augmenting his impressive try compilation). Jags will score 4 tries, Brums just 2. A cracker till the end. Any predictions on your side Mr Ralph? Cheers!
Super Rugby semi-finals: All eyes on the (sur)prize
Just one change, Nobes. Lezana shall start and Kremer shall go to the bench. I like this, Kremer is a great impact player.

You are disclosing your age, Nobes?

Nobes and I in BA waiting for the “miracle” to just happen!!!

Thanks Nicholas, good read. Quesada also says thanks… Ha! At any rate, Estadio Amalfitani would not look or feel like La Bombonera on Friday, but Jagaures, Nobes, I and possibly some 19,000 more people would try to make a loud and everlasting impression on visiting team from Canberra. No doubt it would be a cracker.

that’s too bad. Keep a schnitzel (with good papas fritas) handy! Haha!!!

I’ll be there too, but not sitting close to you (just in case, ha!)

If Jags win and Saders win: there are plenty of flights (some more direct than others…). In fact, I might be travelling with the Jags Saturday night (Argentina time). Still, a 15 hour trip to ChCh and a 17 hour time zone difference to cope with.

Thanks, John. I agree with your picks. However, IMO Marcos Kremer was just few inches ahead from Ardie Savea.
Super Rugby team of the week: Quarter-finals
Welcome to BA, BG. I’ll be at the stadium as well (not sitting close to Nobes this Friday, shame on me…). Hope you enjoy the game, the atmosphere and Jags’ win. It will be a great game to watch. But, IMO it would be hard for Brumbies to cope a 24 hour tiresome trip to BA and a 13 hour time zone difference in just a couple of days after landing. Besides, Jags have been playing on “playoff-mode” over the past 10 games and have strengthen their wining mentality. Cheers!

Hope Gonzalo Quesada has sort it out by now! What the Saders don’t know that some 300 (Nobes, my sin and I, included) chanting Argentineans shall be the Orangetheory! Vamos Jaguares!!!!
