Good to see a game that wouldn’t draw many in Sydney be moved to an area that will draw solid crowd along with curious on lookers. AFL have been visiting up there for a number of years now. Why does it take Rugby League so long long to tap in to fringe areas such as Darwin.

Good article. Unfortunately our sports governing bodies are to blame as they are greedy and take a massive percentage of any clubs merchandise sales whereas in Europe only the club reaps the benefits. I’m sure the FA would love a slice of Manchester Uniteds merchandise sales.
