Hika
That dawned on me but was too late to edit!
WR's mooted law changes are great - but show there's a hell of a lot wrong with rugby in 2024, and that sucks
I like a shorter kick off rule. I say give it extra spice by not allowing lifting. I remember the tension of a restart as a player, preparing to be mowed down, or do the mowing.
Penalty to is too much. Make it 2 and you need 4 of them to be greater than a converted try.
Use it rule change hopefully stop people joining ruck so it becomes 4 metres long. Ref must determine if stability of ruck is formed when ball available.

You say all that but Reds were ahead of Force across every metric, by some margin, except rucks conceded.
What hasn’t been talked about much is scoreboard pressure. Plays tricks on your mind.

I think you need to re-read my comment.
I mentioned one game. No reference to past or future, track record or perceived reputation.
Reds' 'unbelievable, unfathomable' double disaster sums up shocker as Force spring stunning upset
Reds players were “off their game”. I’m bored of this disrespect.
Reds simply started the game not trying hard enough and the Force were trying their hardest.
Couple of deserved scores and from then on Reds couldn’t cope with the scoreboard pressure that forced them into making mistakes, from which the Force made hay.

Thst is true but the net overall difference is lower quality.
The teams that are now “good” are not as good as the Crusaders were, and the the new bad team (Crusaders), are worse than the previous bad teams.
In short the peak is lower and the trough is deeper. Not an emergency but new ABs team will not be feared by opposition like old days.
Blues beat Crusaders for first time in 10 years, Chiefs survive late scare
Yes. Not ideal 😔

Our back line stands up well against any SR outfit. It was f/row and loose forwards crumbling. Yet last night they only coughed up 3 penalties in 1H.
The Moana game was an all time low for the club. Misery. Cron was not blameless but he did an outstanding job this week.
One swallow does not a summer make, but teams know we’re not an easy beat.

Above Crusaders. Strange world.

Nice one PD 😂 😂

Excellent by Boland, but which of the three muketeers will be told to step aside to allow his test return?
Round 10 Sheffield Shield wrap – Who's hitting their stride ahead of the big final?
Not sure. But they must have someone.
I do know that it is something a player can/should acknowledge and ask for help with, before they’re punted for it.
Toole stunner sees Brumbies snap 10-year drought in Dunedin as flyer's Test stocks rise
Frustrating as good coaching can turn that around.

Getting Donaldson surely makes a mockery of not being able to get a decent forward.
But, we must look ahead. Surely there are grizzled Georgian behemoths who fancy washing down their 7 meals per day with a drop of Margaret River’s finest! 😂
'It hurts': Force's season goes from bad to worse as Lealiifano, Kepu lead Moana Pasifika to upset win
Reality check.
Moana tore the band aid off what wasn’t a slight cut, and exposed what everyone secretly knew was there, but had chosen to ignore.
In the forwards we knew Pizzano’s heart is bigger than his quality, front row is fragile, bench is not strong. As I saw each new forward player’s CV I ignored the absence of any really useful big team experience. Good players, but the type that need better player/s around them, & no leaders.
Our backs are good. They would do any team, with a decent pack, proud.
But there are new combinations across the park as they’ve only recently met. Nothing exposes this more than a pack playing poorly).
MP did their homework and used good players to execute a plan very effectively.
We are not as bad as we played last night. It was horrific. We will get the wooden spoon this year, but we will also get a couple of wins

Abysmal.
Defining moment was poor captaincy by not taking the 3 and losing subsequent lineout. Chased the game from that point onwards.
We had no answers for their impressive rush defence.

Not a good look for the new USA followers or gamblers.
'I am really sorry': Leniu cops HUGE ban as NRL judiciary hands down verdict for ‘monkey’ racial abuse at Mam
They weren’t off. The Force’s good execution of a well thought through strategy simply made them look off.
The same as England’s rush defence made Ireland look off. Or when they blitzed NZ in that SF.
Yellow card hurts Force as Brumbies seal come from behind win to get season back on track
Correct. I make same mistake with my own kids!
