Kiwi results went there way but reds lost that one as did force…as reds hold their mettle and Donaldson kicks the easy penalty as opposed to missing it we have three Oz wins and two kiwi losses.

Game of small margins…

Brumbies knock over Hurricanes in statement win as Wright shines again behind forward pack

Others pointed out been major changes I. Assistant coaches anf changes this brings (eg mowen employing new rush defence).

I think hence unfair to just put this on larkham and with bee coaches and new strategies takes time and hence probably explaining some of the mixed brumbies performances this year.

One of best games seen wright play…he has to be lock for wallaby fullback

Yep luckyphil I want 5 oz super rugby teams but not at expense of financial insanity…

I think the revised proposal could work if we had a better super rugby competition but that is the problem that with the latter we don’t have…add to that poor oversight and incompetence by RA and others…

I am almost getting to the point of not caring as I don’t see national bodies of nzru and RA as interested to focus on fixing super rugby with bold ideas (only those have a chance to revive something on life support) which means we just will see more financial solvency issues for oz super rugby sides…brumbies, tahs etc

UPDATE: RA say they were blindsided over Rebels' finances, reject private consortium claim as administrator backs club's survival

This seems the failing of the investor group that their proposal for accepting of the DOCA is they will fund litigation against RA who have to issue the licence if DOCA to succeed.

So basically no chance of RA agreeing to issue the licence if this means it allows the investor group to pursue litigation against RA. What am I missing?

Yep having Carter, Beale and roddha in the team made lot of difference as lot of calming experience in their

Beale, Rodda shine on Super Rugby return as Force smash Crusaders to keep finals hopes alive

I am somewhat concerned on Brumbies performances against chiefs and now blues as on paper the quality of the side should never been hammered the way they have been.

Coaching issues, new systems or just plain player underperforming…don’t know but this is not the brumbies I know

Brumbies 'systematically taken apart by the Blues' in 'non-contest' as Larkham's men cop huge reality check

I am talking from a low bar that reds could be competitive against kiwi sides.
I still think the signs are there despite the blips mentioned. I don’t think Rome built in A day but reckon reds showing signs of heading in better direction.

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

Noah, Gordon and Donaldson for me the 10s for wallabies.

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

Harry Wilson good super rugby player but hard to ever see him be more than that. Don’t see him destined for a wallabies squad. Equally don’t want this to sound critical as good super rugby players are highly valuable and he is valuable cog for the reds team.

How much did we enjoy the highlander nil score

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

I don’t get this as Petaia having a great season…lot of other players are too but he definitely was a wallaby squad candidate.

I don’t get the Petaia haters as he always has been good but moreso seeing best of him this season before his injury.

Paisami in wallabies squad for mine…won’t discount him for being in 23 players game day. He is definitely in the mix.

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

Every oz super rugby team should consider highlanders a team they can beat…saids something about highlanders but in fairness also about improvement in overall quality of oz super rugby teams this season

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

I have more belief in reds than others as I feel despite the blips in recent weeks coaching and depth wise reds something special this season and developing into a long term great team.

Hence always felt they would win against highlanders. Petaia injury a blow and yes starts to stretch backline stocks with Henry, Flook and now Petaia out for the season. But I think they could still be ok to still be a top 4 contender. If feel reds heading for new dynasty under Les Kiss so time to believe I reckon and this is from a tahs fan!

Gees poor reds crowd tonight which was bit underserving imho..

I do believe reds heading in right direction to be one of top two oz super rugby sides

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

Before the match my thoughts were people underestimating reds as yeh injuries but coaching and depth means I thought reds would be fine. Proved this was correct…and even with jordy injury still believe reds can do ok.

'Like a Scud missile': World Cup reject leads rout, but Reds suffer fresh blow with Petaia's season in jeopardy

Here is hoping RA can milk it rather then screw it up as they did after 2003 world cup and opportunity they had back then to financially pivot rugby in oz for greatness.

Aussie-born England capped rake Nic Dolly signs with Force ... and he'll soon be eligible for the Wallabies

Absolutely he is class player and capped international. Gees force hooker stocks just went up which means a few departures on the cards…what would be really good though is signing a quality thp…

Proctor was on the bench for this game but Wilkin, Leota and canham for sure offer lot so be good to get them back..gees maunder had a shocker…is he any good or do we need Tuttle back asap

'Kid wonder': Lancaster, Gordon shine as Rebels take one giant step in locking in maiden Super Rugby finals berth

Nah enjoyed tahs vs saders as better game..enjoyed rebels vs highlanders game but did find the errors and mistakes a bit high. Rebels show lot of attacking potential but need to better better to reduce errors, better at breakdown and tighter uo defence to trouble the top teams. The good thing is i feel there is still a lot of improvement in the rebels.

'Kid wonder': Lancaster, Gordon shine as Rebels take one giant step in locking in maiden Super Rugby finals berth

Yeh I would have dangunu in wallabies camp for sure. Behind ikatau as probably next best 13 choice at the moment for me

'Kid wonder': Lancaster, Gordon shine as Rebels take one giant step in locking in maiden Super Rugby finals berth

Gordon was good where for wallabies camp I would have Noah, Gordon and Ben as all earned the right this season.

Yeh DC and his coaches been under pressure this season and I will confess I was one starting to think DC not up to it but then they produce this sort of display and hence may prove us wrong yet.

'Last few years have been hell': Iceman 2.0 Harrison gets 'dream come true' in Tahs' stunning golden point win

Credit to tane with his 5 from 5 as what also kept tahs in the mix. Tane and Harrison proving they are solid super rugby players. Don’t think they are anywhere near wallaby conversations but that does not discount them as quality super rugby players.
