So is the bump dead? I’m very confused.

'Enough's enough': David King calls for massive Dangerfield ban to send a message to players

Warm Hug? More like the slap in the face I’m used to getting at this tine of the year.

Still good to have footy back.

Like a warm hug

Wait until the bombers are 3-0 after 3 rounds, that will get the scribes scribing.

2021 AFL season: Round 1 preview

Yes sorry was debating that and stuffed up, dogs 5th, saints 6th.

Getting back to normal – whatever that is

Getting back to normal – whatever that is

It just hurts so much that you are right. The best. But like all great teams we had 4 years at the top and only got one flag. Hawks, cats, lions and tigers all came out with 3 flags. 98-01 should have netted more flags. Oh well.

Essendon's class of 2000 are the best AFL team of the modern era

Even as a inners fan its a fantastic outcome, i cant wait to see it! I think the chiefs get the job done!

This Super Bowl is the closest thing you'll ever get to LeBron versus MJ

I hope that’s not the end for Rivers, played well today and I do love a stand and deliver offense, he could well be the last of that style of QB.

Who will be number one? NFL wild card round

I’m a niners fan and we are paying the price for not having a backup QB. Big chance to get Matt Ryan next year I think.

The bills and the colts trains are the ones to ride this year for 2 different reasons, colts with the last of the gun slingers how cool to watch rivers in the playoffs. Bills for Allen, god I love watching this guy play, best player visually in the comp IMO.

NFL power rankings: Week 14

Essendon 98 to 01 still breaks my heart.

Dynasties that didn't deliver

Culture is so overrated, just do your job.
Look at Dusty off his chops after the premiership, same as the eagles and pies and cats and Roos in there prime. Le

We are nowhere near as bad as the tigers at the end of 2016, we can turn it around.

You're kidding yourself if you think the Bombers' game plan is to blame for their nose dive

We’re coming…….

How do the Dogs do the Josh Dunkley trade – or do they at all?

It’s heartbreaking but it is what it is. Last year after trade wel i was happy and thought we would rise as did most. Who knows what will happen.

What on earth is going on, Essendon?

Good idea except the AFL has no real interest in people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Have a look at there own NAB U18 comp. they tier it so interstate teal cup is one then 2 is the elite private school comp the nab comp third. This absolutely kills the kids from the western suburbs or country as they have no idea what level they need to be at to get draftes. Why would the AFL do that? Because that’s were all players, coaches and club staff kids go to school.

How to fix the Next Generation Academy system

Is a night on the bags post season a big deal? Who cares, as if clubs care. Who in the world hasn’t had a night out? For gods sake I’m sure most of the club and AFL admin have.

Crows duo in hot water over drug possession

We suck, have for ages but I don’t blame woosha, we built a side around Joe and he hasn’t been on the park. When he was in his AA year we made finals, when we played the run and gun we made finals. Ruttens new way isn’t attractive and he doesn’t seam very interesting as a person. McKenna, Hooker, Belcho, saad all probably gone.

If Hurley goes we may as well shut the doors.

Six talking points from AFL Round 18

Bit tough on Corr, he don’t walk out, he was walked out. He was injured and wanted to stay in the hub and support his teammates, when asked directly if he was staying he said no.

Bit weak from the giants to walk him, probably vindicated his choice.

From grand finalists to flag favourites to also-rans: the sad story behind the Giant downfall in 2020

I have WCE V Dogs in Perth and STK V Coll at metricon.

The AFL finals equation: Every contender's best and worst case scenarios

Firstly there is a random photo of Byron Pickett in this article, why?

Secondly I agree with most of this but I honestly think Freo and the bombers will win. Not because I am a fan just because it’s Melbourne and they get wobbly when it matters.

Freo have been great this year, loving what they have done, best of the mid pack teams.

The AFL finals equation: Every contender's best and worst case scenarios

The best. Still breaks my heart we only got one flag from the era. Lions, hawks and cats took there chances. We left a few cups on the table.98 and 99 were ours, 2001 was always going to be the lions.

Revisiting the 2000 Norm Smith Medal: James Hird

The AFL should back till the whole player and coach salary cap from the tv rights and then leave the clubs on there own. No soft cap limits, no interference. If they fall over they fall over or move. I’m sick of the babying. Telling clubs that have money how many people they can employ when we are trying to grow the economy and employment is stupid.

AFL mergers or relocations could resurface due to COVID-19

My smugness is ready to be unleashed if he signs with us. We built a side around him that looks pretty ordinary without him.

Game on Eagles!

Six talking points from AFL Round 14

Maybe if you don’t dive people won’t get angry? Dusty didn’t get death threats because he played hard and fair.

Was it over the top? Yes. Was it directed at divers? Yes.

Most things in life have an answer in the mirror. You just need to take a look.

Tigers star Grimes receives death threats

It’s been good for me I live on the Gold Coast! The home of footy! If only we could grab a few more wins!

Positives aplenty from the first half of the most unique season yet

Also no one can answer me why aren’t these wives at work? It’s not 1950.

Cotchin doing it 'tough' since AFL breach
