I have been a big believer for years that rules wont fix this issue we need to change the ladder as it cant be coached around. My suggestion has always been 3 points for a win, 1 point for a score over 100, 2 points for a sub 100 draw and 3 points for 100 or more draw.
I would be just as happy with your ladder, they both have merits. Well thought out.

Unfortunately you answered your article in the title. Get creative. Not really a hallmark of Horse or the club as shown by the heat map against the tigers, save the percentage at all costs.

The filming and understanding of the game is a big one, filming is very tight this year due to no crowds so I can’t go too hard but why do we have nuffie commentators who have no idea just yelling when we could have explanations of what is happening, Jimmy Bartel explained something to BT yesterday and he complained and went back to talking rubbish.
The AFL should lower the rights cost and demand more cameras of higher quality as it’s the product what sells.

Another issue the afl has is how many people in head office are indigenous? In fact how many people even went to public school? My guess is none.

There is a little promo going around where Goodwin talks to his players, it’s awful he sounds like a guy pretending to be a bogan and an inspiration at the same time and succeeding at neither. The players look to be cringing. He is the reason. Roos had them up and about, he rode the wave now he is flailing as he isnt good enough and cant be himself.

This is t the time to think this way, it’s time to realise that the centralised restrictions on clubs is holding them and the industry back. The soft cap, the player veto on trades, the stadium rules, let it go. Give the clubs a set percentage of revenue and give the players the same. Then let the market decide what happens.
Maybe north run out of cash and the Tasmania govt bails them out? Maybe the saints run out of cash and big NT company impex bails then out, maybe the suns merge with Southport and gain the revenue stream that comes with the sharks mini casino.

Obviously I’m rapt that Joe stayed even though all of you guys said I was crazy, we are a better side with him as proven in the few games he played in the last 2 years. He tore north apart at the start of the year! Also he got us to finals in his AA year in a side that didn’t have, Smith, stringer, saad, Shiel ect. Shiel and Smith haven’t played together yet!
I’m happy over all.
I really like what the suns have done, they need picks like a punch in the face so I bet they were asking the blues for a player. I hope Jack Martin like the demons because that’s where he will end up now.
