Don’t break up Finch and Warner. That is what we in the business like to call suicide. And Steve Smith batting anywhere lower than 3 is honestly a waste of space. And so is Maxwell not being in the top 4. And Sams should probably be swapped out for Stoinis though it’s not that big of a deal. Maybe Agar could go ahead of him I’m not sure.
My starting 11 for Australia’s first T20
Yes, I hate how Langer continues to push other Western Australians forward when there are so much better options to choose from, people like Nic Maddinson, Will Pucovski, Kurtis Patterson, what happened to them?
Why Glenn Maxwell should go to Bangladesh
Well, with Greg Chappell retiring as selector, maybe things might change. Hopefully.
Why Glenn Maxwell should go to Bangladesh
I feel like Glenn Maxwell would also probably be a lock-in for that no. 5 position behind Labuschagne. Unlike Stoinis and Marsh, he’s an experienced hand and has played 110 ODIs. To be fair, he has played some wrong shots and didn’t have the greatest time during the 3 T20s but I’d think that the top 5 of Warner, Finch, Smith, Labuschagne and Maxwell would all be a lock.
