I consider the Collingwood game to be our Grand Final of 2022, beating one of the hottest teams in the comp. Sydney always seems to play to the level of their opponents (maybe that’s why we struggle against the Suns and Hawks) so beating a couple of bogey sides will surely improve confidence.

Carey will be fine and I’m all for giving him a chance, just think it’s interesting that his catching ability has always been questioned and he’s dropped a few this series. I’m a big Josh Inglis fan so may be a little biased.
Aus are up 3-0 which is great but there was a great chance for 4-0. Weather and light made the task much more difficult and yet they still managed to take 9. Just would have been nice to get the win and fully exorcise the demons from the India series!
The good, the bad, the worst: SCG edition
That’s fair enough, but most of the drops were ones that the large majority of test level keepers are expected to take. I’m not saying he doesn’t deserves a good run at the keeper spot, just that his catching ability has always been questioned and these drops indicate the doubters might have had a point.
The good, the bad, the worst: SCG edition
Green’s batting this series has been a little bit of a letdown so far but you are right, that second innings was excellent by him and will hopefully mean he can push on and continue batting well the rest of the way. Carey has always been known as a run scoring keeper so to see him put together a great knock gives me a lot of faith in him to continue scoring runs down the order and when Australia are in trouble!
The good, the bad, the worst: Adelaide Test edition
Definitely, he never looked focussed or remotely settled at the crease. Especially with Broad and Anderson probably back in on the swinging pitch, Smith will need to perform!
The good, the bad, the worst: Gabba edition
Logan never looks as comfortable playing alongside Franklin I reckon but he’s not quite there yet to be a match winner without him. This has to be the season he makes the jump, try a few different styles like isolating him as the key forward or bring him further up the ground to get more touches. I think giving him a clear role as a contributor to team success has the best chance of pushing him to improve.
