MF, I don’t think anyone is suggesting that Dank is not a shady character who probably knows less than what he claims, but if the players get done for something then let it be for something they have actually done, to smear all cart Blanche for TB4 when in truth they have no idea is wrong.
One player signed the form, took no part in the program and was never injected but still suspended, to play with careers that have tiny windows are just plain wrong.

Totally agree, hardly listen to any commentators, read any mainstream newspapers anymore, everyone is out to blow things out one more level, out hype and take the most hysterical line.
Date I say it but in hindsight I think James Hird will be found to have had the same principles applied to him.
You can guarantee if you are bombarded with enough manure plenty will stick, people are extremely quick to judge and bad mouth people.

Maybe they actually truly believe they did not take TB4 – that seems to be there belief, perhaps just perhaps they did not want to be labelled cheats like the NRL players and as it turned out they probably should have just admitted guilt, even if they did not really think they were guilty, that would have been the easier and smarter option.
I don’t believe that they are cheats.

If you actually believe the independent judges at the AFL tribunal were under orders then it stands to reason that the CAS JUDGES were under WADA instructions

Perhaps you should read the judgement where CAS wasn’ t even sure where Dank sourced it, after 3 years of investigation, they just skipped that bit, or the fact they included Prismall in it because he was injured therefore more likely to take it – all guess work

They have come this far, perhaps they should go further if they believe themselves to be innocent, which quite clearly they do.

TBH I amhoping they do take it further, I to believe that the players have been stitched up, it seems illogical for WADA with all there resources not be able to come up with where the TB 4 came from in sufficient quantities and yet suspend the players, that and many other inconsistencies have been handed down in just a majority descision- not unanimous

Agree 100% with this post, how a tribunul can find them guilty with no hard evidence is weird to say the least, but as many people have mentioned they probably should have taken the deal
What’s the bet that on the future we find out that this tribunal made the wrong descision.

Argumentative or not it is a valid question, wada or ASADA should care because far from being advantageous for athletes rec drugs may put athletes at a disadvantage, so is one form of drug taking worse than the other ?, with so much money at stake athletes taking drugs that may actually make them play worse seems no worse than athletes who take drugs to improve performance

I think a bit of both, people have been screaming for years about having curtain raisers but ultimately you want thy league to run without being propped up, I would be happy to watch the odd game, but IME big grounds find out plenty of girls as far as fitness and long kicking go, although I have watched club rather than what would be in 2017 closer to state football.

What !, the VAFA, WAAFL, SAAFL, are all P & R , the A in those leagues standing for amateur , AFAIK there is also P&R in the Sydney and Brisbane Australian football leagues, even in Newcastle there is limited P& R
I think the WAAFL has something like 12 divisions you can climb.

What ?, SERIOUSLY !! the Aleague is in direct competition with the BBL for eyeballs etc, it is not in direct competition with the AFL or the NRL

Your list must be wrong or old, Freo v Hawthorn last September rated 420k , that is just off the top of my head, probably quite a few others.

I understand crowds and ratings are way down for the A league, the BBL seems to focus on entertaining and being family friendly. Whether soccer fans care to admit it or not games with plenty of action and high scoring attracts moths to the flame, soccer just can’t seem to provide this.
The Aleague will always exist as it is a world game but soccer is restricted by the actual nature of the game, people are not conditioned by either a 100 year old club culture or accept what can be dour, slow 2nd tier low scoring affairs.

Crameri and his wife researched the supplements and signed on the dotted line for the four supplements, they were not signing to receive TB4 and if they had attempted to research it in 2012 it was not even on the WADA website as a banned substance, it was on the S2 category under another name.
