The Crusaders have been hot and cold now for a long time. I felt myself leaning towards the get rid of Blackadder side of things last year but then we ended up making the final. I kind of hope we don’t make the finals this year and this will make it pretty clear cut that he should be gone.
The way they play is so predictable. We just shift the ball from side to side without anyone having much of an ability to break the line (yes Nadolo manages it).. Jordan Tafua has that ability but he should have been a permanent fixture in the side far earlier. It’s like Blackadder thinks if he keep spreading it wide, eventually Kieran Reid will be out there and will deliver one of his magical offloads and we’ll score.
In terms of Carter, I really can’t see how he will make the World Cup game day 23. He could do the job if everyone around him dominates but he doesn’t threaten in anyway. Barrett and Slade can distribute and pose a threat themselves, like Carter used too.
Who can we trust in the Australian conference?
OJ I’m with you.
We have never delivered like this before.
What a game! The Black Caps are into their first World Cup final
Hahaha I’ll second that.

Well the headline certainly grabbed my attention.
This whole issue has been dealt to extremely well and I think Jacques has handled himself well post the event.
There is no place for things like this anywhere, including the rugby field. In saying that though, I am someone with homosexual friends but I am also someone who has made off handed homophobic slurs myself without having any regard for the offense they can cause. Highlighting situations such as this one and adopting a clear no tolerance policy is a lesson for us all and I am all for it. We should move on now, Jacques will learn from it too as will I.
RATHBONE: Pocock should shut up and play
My fearless prediction is that six teams will make the finals.
Digger are you out there? Is it the year of the ‘Canes?
40 minutes till kick off. Carn the Crusaders.
SPIRO's Fearless Predictions for Super Rugby 2015
Agreed on Mvovo. He looks like he could be ushered into touch. You don’t even need to tackle him!
2015 Rugby World Cup: The Springboks' best back three
I remember playing with Roy Kinikinilau in Rugby ’05 back at school.
I didn’t realise that the Gold Coast sevens is struggling for crowds. Maybe the ARU should stop trying to build the game outside of the established Super Rugby areas. Sevens at the SFS would be sensational.

You are relying on a study conducted 11 years ago. It is likely it has little relevance now.
Let's have no blame games with Phil Hughes' tragic accident
Haha it’s great for an exhibition but I have no interest at all in seeing this brought in on the ATP.
One of the great things about tennis is the fact that moment can change given that matches can extend on for hours.
One night with Roger Federer and Lleyton Hewitt: Is this T20 tennis?
Thinking of Phil and his family.
Great response form the sporting community.
Get well soon Phil, sport just doesn't matter right now
Obviously the list is based on excitement machines but for mine Victor Matfield would be my first pick.

DC is a great player but the longevity factor just isn’t there. There is quite a gap between him and Richie.
It’s a shame though because obviously for a while there it looked as though the ABs were going to have the two best players of the modern era playing together. Now I am not so sure where DC fits on that scale.
Richie McCaw's century - A great achievement for a deserving man
