Topo Rodrigues suggested just this to the ARU many years ago and the ARU politely declined ! I think he even wrote an article on the Roar or predecessor Rugby Heaven putting his case forward .If we want to continue to play with the big boys it’s high F#%n time we sorted this mess out and developed Front Rankers it’s the elephant in the room ! In the subject of young guns – the 20’s were well beaten by Argentina last evening it was in wicked conditions so it seemed to suit the Argie big pack better . That said this years team doesn’t look as good as previous iterations and a couple blokes in the pack are way out of their depth ,without singling anyone out , the cronyism discussed earlier seemed to be on display . Early days for the team and let’s see if they can improve.

Good news on Paisami for the Oz game . Just finished watching the 20’s match against the Springboks , solid win and good viewing thanks to Stan but geez I got sick of hearing about the ‘big’ Bok pack ( which it no doubt was ). Our lads were just as big and played as such dominating the scrum ,great driving mauls , counter rucking and as the Oz captain said – “ sitting the Safas on their backsides ‘ Pity the Stan commentary team didn’t notice it ! Oz forwards outplayed the Boks straight up . Great turnaround lads keep it up !
