After two draws, both Pakistan and Australia will be searching for a knock out blow in the third and final Test match of the series. Join The Roar for live scores and commentary from 4pm AEDT.
The Aussies announced on Sunday that they’ll have an unchanged lineup for this Test with two spinners.
While Mitchell Starc couldn’t pick up a wicket in the fourth innings in the second Test he does give Nathan Lyon and Mitch Swepson rough to bowl into with his foot marks and his reverse swing could be vital as the Test rolls on.
Unfortunately for fans this Test on paper could be another stalemate but fingers crossed it doesn’t pan out that way.
“I think the wicket here looks quite similar to the previous two Tests,” Pat Cummins said on Sunday.
However, Pakistan captain Babar Azam was more optimistic about the chances of a result and he’s expecting even more turn than we saw in Karachi.
In 40 Tests played by Pakistan at the venue there have been 22 draws dating back to 1959.
As always in Pakistan, the team that wins the toss will have the big advantage so join us for the all important coin flip just after 3:30pm AEDT.
