HIGHLIGHTS: Rampaging NSW blast QLD away in Game 2 to level series

New South Wales have claimed a massive 38-6 victory in Perth over Queensland in Game 2 of the 2019 State of Origin series.

The win levels the series at 1-all, leading into a decider which will be played on July 10 at ANZ Stadium in Sydney.

Tom Trbojevic was the hero for the Blues, scoring three tries including the first of the match, while Josh Addo-Carr had two.

Tyson Frizell was NSW’s other try-scorer in a six-tries-to-one victory, with Will Chambers – awarded a penalty try – getting Queensland’s only points.

Nathan Clearly suffered an ankle injury which could rule him out of Origin 3. James Maloney stepped up in his absence and delivered an excellent performance.

Jake Trbojevic was named man of the match.
