    A very strange headline, which doesn’t match the story.

    Perhaps its incongruity was just designed to get people to read the article – its hard to imagine Richie McCaw ever “casting doubt” over his opponents (at least in public), he is one of the most respectful (and decent) players around. A player with every reason for arrogance, but never seems to descend to it.
