The opening game of the 2015 State of Origin series will be held at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Wednesday, May 27, with kick-off scheduled for 8:00pm (AEST).

Although the game has a scheduled start time of 8:00pm, the game is expected to get underway closer to 8:15pm (AEST). This will give the game a finish time of around 9:50pm (AEST).
UPDATE: The official kick-off time for Origin 1 has been advised as 8:16pm AEST.

The official Australian broadcaster is Channel 9 and the game will be shown live across Australia via the Nine Network. Television broadcasts begin at 7:30pm (AEST).
The NRL’s official radio broadcasters are ABC Grandstand, Triple M and 2GB. The match will be broadcast live across the ABC, Southern Cross Austereo, and Macquarie Radio networks (check your local bandwidths) and can be streamed via each outlets website.
Given the high interest in State of Origin, Channel 9 maintain exclusive broadcast rights. The only other way to legally watch the game is streaming via the NRL’s Digital Pass app.
Digital Pass is a subscription based service that will set you back $2.99 per week or $89.99 for the season.
