Miesha Tate has recorded a remarkable victory over Holly Holm at UFC 196, choking Holm into a submission victory.
The match was the co-main event at UFC 196 and the victory makes Tate the UFC’s new women’s bantamweight champion.
Holm looked poised to take a victory as she consistently bettered Tate in the points during the fight, but a rear naked choke hold from Tate proved to be the winning move.
The result could set up a dream fight between Tate and Ronda Rousey in the future.
