Ryan Buckland
Winner: Adelaide Crows.
Margin: 30 points.
First goal: Taylor Walker (from the first centre bounce).
Norm Smith medal: if Richmond win I swear it will be Brandon Ellis after this week’s MRP findings. But it will actually be Sam Jacobs, who’ll set new records in the ruck.
Definitely will happen: Basil will make at least four stupid puns during the grand final sprint at halftime.
Definitely won’t happen: Don Pyke showing emotion.

Benjamin Conkey
Winner: Adelaide.
Margin: 23 points (in honour of Andrew McLeod).
First goal: Jack Riewoldt.
Norm Smith medal: Rory Sloane.
Definitely will happen: Bruce McAvaney officially moving on from Cyril and devoting himself to his new man crush in ‘the other’ Rioli.
Definitely won’t happen: Brian Taylor’s heart rate staying under 100 beats per minute while commentating.

Josh Elliott
Winner: Adelaide Crows.
Margin: 36 points.
First goal: Dustin Martin.
Norm Smith medal: Rory Laird.
Definitely will happen: Much, much, much more information than you ever wanted to know about the decibel level of the crowd.
Definitely won’t happen: Any non-alcoholic fluids consumed in Richmond after the result (either way).

Daniel Jeffrey
Winner: Adelaide Crows.
Margin: Nine points. I’m dying for a close final this year.
First goal: Jack Riewoldt.
Norm Smith medal: Tom Lynch.
Definitely will happen: Dustin Martin annihilating at least one poor soul – and probably multiple ones – with a savage fend-off.
Definitely won’t happen: Everyone listening through the commentary without feeling the need to complain about it on Twitter.

Tim Lane
Winner: Crows.
Margin: 26 points.
First goal: Tex Walker.
Norm Smith: Rory Laird.
Definitely will happen: Tiger tears.
Definitely won’t happen: Helen D’Amico (unlike she promised never to streak again until Richmond made another grand final!).

Connor Bennett
Winner: Adelaide.
Margin: 36 – Tigers will come back in the second half but not enough to make up for a poor opening term.
First goal: Eddie Betts… because of course he will.
Norm Smith medal: Dare I say Dusty in a losing effort?
Definitely will happen: Bruce McAvaney to lose his marbles calling the aforementioned Eddie Betts goal (Possibly calling out to Dennis as well).

First goal: Dustin Martin.
Norm Smith medal: Eddie Betts.
Definitely will happen: Rance vs Walker.
Definitely won’t happen: Quiet crowd.

Adelaide Docker

Margin: 9 points.
First goal: Daniel Rioli.
Norm Smith medal: Rory Sloane. Or Dustin Martin, if the Tigers win.
Definitely will happen: It’ll be close with a few minutes left, and for the next week the city of Adelaide turning into absolute party city.
