THE GAMES OF THE XXIX OLYMPIAD

The 2008 Summer Olympic Games, officially known as the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, will be held in Beijing, People’s Republic of China from August 8 to August 24, 2008.

The Games will attract approximately 10,500 athletes from 205 countries to compete in 302 events across 28 sports.
