The Western Sydney Wanderers will be looking to maintain top position on the A-League table when they host Perth Glory. Join The Roar from 7:40pm (AEDT) for live scores.

Without a win in their past three fixtures, the Western Sydney Wanderers will be feeling the pressure against a firing Perth Glory side.

The Wanderers are coming off a disappointing one-all draw against Sydney FC in the derby last week, where an unfortunate own goal from Scott Jamieson cost Western Sydney all three points and a two-point gap between second-placed Brisbane Roar.

Western Sydney will be boosted by the return of Spanish defender Alberto Aguilar, who has served his two-match suspension. Aguilar will reclaim his place next to skipper Nikolai Topor-Stanley.

With just one point separating Perth Glory from sixth-placed Sydney FC and fifth-placed Melbourne Victory, a win for Kenny Lowe’s men could see them enter the top six.

After a disappointing start to the competition, the Glory have managed to miraculously turn around their season.

Perth Glory’s incredible 6-3 win over the Brisbane Roar saw them win their fifth straight game, a club record.

The last time these two sides faced off was back in December of last year. Diego Castro and Mitchell Oxborrow put the Glory ahead twice, but Brendon Santalab and Mitch Nichols both found equalisers as the two sides shared the spoils in a two-all draw.

With 20 goals in their last five games, the Glory are firing. The Wanderers, however, are failing to find the net. Despite being underdogs, Perth has all the momentum and are more than capable of pulling off the upset and making it six wins in a row.

Prediction
Western Sydney Wanderers 1 – 2 Perth Glory
