Afghanistan’s wicket-keeper Mohamad Shahzad took Nizakat Khan’s wicket in the most brutal way possible in the qualifying stage of the World T20.
The batsman stepped out of his crease but let the delivery past him where it came into the waiting hands of Shahzad.
Shahzad had enough time to make eye contact before slamming the ball through the stumps, sending the bails flying and breaking the batsman’s heart.
Afghanistan went on to win the match and have since qualified for the Super 10 stage of the tournament.
