The biggest match in rugby union is here, with the Rugby World Cup final to be contested by England and South Africa on Saturday evening in Yokohama. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming the match online, or watching it on TV in Australia.

The match is set to be played in Yokohama at the International Stadium, which has hosted plenty of matches throughout what has been an exciting tournament, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm (AEDT) on Saturday, November 2.

The English were shock winners last weekend when they went past the All Blacks in their semi-final, coming full circle from four years ago when they couldn’t even make it out of the pool stage of their home World Cup.

On the other hand, South Africa were favoured to beat Wales in the other semi-final and did just that, booking this rivalry as the final of rugby’s biggest tournament on the calendar.

How to watch the Rugby World Cup final on TV

The final of this year’s World Cup will be available to watch on both Fox Sports and Channel Ten in Australia, with both broadcasters of the Rugby World Cup unsurprisingly holding the rights to the match after simulcasting Wallabies games, as well as select others throughout the tournament.

Channel Ten are the free to air channel and will show the match on their main channel with a one-hour build-up, meaning their broadcast starts at 7pm (AEDT).
