The All Blacks and the Pumas both sit on six points atop the 2020 Tri Nations table, making tonight’s encounter at McDonald Jones Stadium, Newcastle a do-or-die clash. Here’s how to live stream or watch the Round 5 game on TV.

Saturday night’s blockbuster is essential viewing as the Pumas will look to replicate their near-flawless 25-15 victory over the New Zealanders, though not with the same starting XV.

Argentinian coach Mario Ledesma has made some sweeping changes in the line-up in what could be a match for all the marbles. Santiago Cordero comes in to replace the injured Juan Imhoff while Felipe Ezcurra gets the start at scrumhalf. Further, the Pumas have added a raft of fresh faces, including debutant Lucas Paulos and a brand new centre pairing in Jerónimo de la Fuente and Juan Cruz Mallía.

Meanwhile, the All Blacks haven’t hit the big, red panic button; opting to make a mere three changes from their defeat two weeks ago. Akira Ioane, Scott Barrett and Nepo Laulala come into the side.

Argentina vs New Zealand start time

The 2020 Tri Nations Round 5 match will kick off at 7:45pm (AEDT), meaning a 6:45pm start for viewers in Queensland. For South Australians, the opening whistle will sound at 7:15pm (ACDT), 6:15pm (ACST) for those watching on in the Northern Territory and at 4:45pm (AWST) for Western Australia. For New Zealand viewers tuning in, the game will get underway at 9:45pm.
