If Parramatta coach Brad Arthur knows Kieran Foran has committed to the Eels, he’s playing it very cool.
Speculation is rife that the Manly five-eighth is set to confirm a four-year, $4.7 million deal this week to switch to NRL rivals the Eels from next season.
Pressed by journalists over the reports on Thursday morning, Arthur had his poker face on.
“Nah, there’s nothing to tell,” said Arthur bluntly.
There’s no contract done?
“No.”
Don’t want to touch it?
“I don’t comment on recruitment unfortunately.”

Why not?
“It’s just my policy.”
Manly coach Geoff Toovey said on Wednesday that Foran hadn’t addressed the rumours with him.
“I saw Kieran today and he is the type of guy that would tell me what is going on. I am unaware of it,” Toovey said on Fox Sports’ NRL360.
The loss of Foran would be a massive blow to Manly after his halves partner and fellow rep star Daly Cherry-Evans signed a four-year deal with Gold Coast last week worth around a million a season.
