Back again for Round 3 and Aloua is forcing Sorovi back with his iron jab and again Sorovi is on wobbly legs. Sorovi taking solace against the ropes and that is certainly where you don’t want to be against a guy like David Aloua. Sorovi is only throwing single shots back and the punishment is starting to take it’s toll. Again Sorovi is against the ropes and is starting to take some punishment and just as the referee looks like stepping in, Sorovi springs to life and catches Aloua with a couple of nice ones. Again, Aloua teeing off on Sorovi against the ropes and the referee has too step in soon to stop it and as I type it there he is to waive this one off. Aloua wins by KO in the 3rd round.

We’re off in the 2nd round now and Aloua and Sorovi pick up where they left off in the first. Sorovi is chasing Aloua around the ring and is landing some great shots and has Aloua in some strife. Aloua comes back with a nice shot and Sorovi is on the canvas! Sorovi gets up at 8, although he was more caught off balance than being buckled by the shot. Sorovi shakes it off and gets back to work, just as Alou comes back again with a great right hook that shakes up Sorovi once more. Sorovi is one tough mother though and comes back for more and lands a couple of right hands of his own. Crowd is starting to really get into this one as Sorovi again walks into a couple by Aloua. Bell sounds to end the 2nd round and it’s a 10-8 round for Aloua.
Mundine vs Mosley: Fight preview, live updates, round-by-round scores plus undercard
Round 1 is underway, we are going 6 x 3 in this one. This one is at a catchweight and Sorovi is 5kg heavier than Aloua. Aloua is a very handy fighter and Aussie fight fans would have seen him in action against some tough guys. Aloua has a significant reach advantage and is using it to full effect with his jab. Sorovi is loading up his right hand and Sorovi has shown in the past that he can throw some real bombs. Sorovi comes forward and scores with a great shot. It seems to bring Aloua to life and he finds Sorovi on the chin and rocks him big time. Aloua has Sorovi pinned against the ropes and is landing some great shots and Sorovi is wobbly! Now Sorovi comes back with a big looping right hand as the bell sounds to end an action packed round. 10-9 Aloua

Adam, got a tip for the main event?
It’s a hard one to tip as you just don’t know how each fighter is travelling, both have been pretty poor as of late. I’m siding with Mundine though as I feel he has more to lose. Mosley is a hall of famer, and has already been paid….

Into the 4th and final round. Maxwell is showing a little more urgency and has landed a couple of shots which lures Ah See into action and gives Maxwell a couple of receipts for his effort. Ah See putting some nice shots away to the body but Maxwell has shown some great resilience up until now. Ah See stings Maxwell with a great shot and Maxwell puts the big earmuffs on to try and ride out the damage, but he manages to hold on in the final seconds and the bell sounds to end this one. Not the most entertaining fight, but Ah See most certainly will take this.

Into the third round we go and Ah See again takes control early. Ah See immediately puts Maxwell on the back foot. This fight is again being fought at a fairly slow pace. Ah See is able to pick his shots as there isn’t a lot coming back at him. Ah See is just slowly wearing Maxwell down and waiting for the opportunity to present itself. He is doing some work to the body and as the fight continues Maxwell is starting to slow down. Maxwell is showing some good defence, but isn’t exactly extending himself in attack. Ah See puts another round in the books as we go in the last. Maxwell will need a knockdown in the final round. 10-9 Ah See.

Underway in round two and Ah See picks up where he left off in Round 1. Ah See is really scoring well with his jab and Maxwell again comes forward and throws some big shots, which Ah See defends well. Maxwell seems to be saving his punches for a KO effort, he is really only throwing single shots, rather than trying to put them together. Both fighters comes together and Maxwell ends up on the canvass but it is rightly called a slip. Ah See catches Maxwell on the chin with a nice hook and to his credit Maxwell rides the shot nicely. That’s the end of round two and it’s another round in the books for Sam Ah See. 10-9 Ah See.

Where off in our second fight, Maxwell is a big underdog in this one. Maxwell is “self trained” which says enough to tell you the story. Again the fighters starting slowly as Ah See tries to establish the jab. Ah See gets Maxwell against the ropes and unloads some good shots to the body. Ah See looks like he wants an early night as he really picks up the tempo. Ah See is scoring with some nice shots. Maxwell is not going to die wondering though and comes back with a big haymaker. Maxwell slips and referee calls it so. Up again and Maxwell finishes the round with a couple of weak jabs, but it’s an Ah See round. 10-9 Ah See

is Blake Ferguson fighting tonight ?
Yes Blake Ferguson is in action tonight. I expect him to be the main support for Mundine-Mosley. So I’d say he’d be the last of the undercard fights.

Into the third round, Dib goes to the body and Wanprasert certainly isn’t enjoying it. Dib returns to the body and some of his punches slip a little bit low. A warning comes from the referee and Dib is quickly back to work. Wanprasert walks into a nice right hand-right hook combination and is down again. Wanprasert is up again at 7, but just as he regains his feet he is on the canvas again, but this time it is called a slip. Action resumes and Dib clocks Wanprasert with a great shot, but Wanprasert just takes it and waives Dib on. Certainly cant say he doesn’t have a chin. Dib continues throwing and backs Wanprasert into the ropes, Dib lands a great liver shot and Wanprasert is down again and the referee is in to call it off. Dib wins via KO in the 3rd round.

Second round and Dib has continued where he has left off in the first round. Wanprasert finds himself on the canvas, but the referee calls it a slip. Seconds later and Wanprasert is down again, this time it is certainly from a punch and the referee puts a count on him. Wanprasert is up at 7, but is clearly well behind in this one. Reports that an undercard fight between Bilal Akkawy and Jacques Henrisson has been cancelled due to concerns over the difference in quality of the fighters. Henrisson was 0-12 with Akkawy undefeated in seven pro fights. Another setback and the fight night is only minutes old!

Underway in round 1. Tentative start, with both just feeling each other out. Wanprasert slips early, seems a bit of water has found it’s way into the ring. Wanprasert getting backed into the ropes and Dib is scoring some good shots. Dib has a significant reach advantage and is landing his jab well. Wanprasert is going away though and is doing some nice work to the body. The fight is being fought at a pretty slow pace and Dib is happy to cruise at this stage. Bell sounds, clearly a 10-9 for Dib.

Who’s next for Mayweather? Dont think they will burn Saul Alvarez on him just yet. As I said in my preview above, I think Alvarez will be one of the final fights in his Showtime contract. Perhaps we will see someone like Bradley, Marquez, Khan but can’t see anyone stopping Mayweather.
Marquez and Bradley have signed to fight soon and that should be a cracking fight, and I’d love to see Floyd fight the winner.

Here we go, Kwadjo v Quinlan. Quinlan would go in the favourite here and straight away comes out firing looking very sharp. Some nice jabs scoring early. Quinlan is landing some big shots early on and wants to end this one very quick. Kwadjo is showing his toughness but he is batting down the hatches at the moment!!! Kwadjo starting to come to life though now and lands a good shot up the middle on Quinlan that slows Quinlan down a little. Kwadjo lands another big shot that buckles Quinlan just a little. Kwadjo again comes close with a right hook as Quinlan gets a little bit lazy on the ropes. This is turning into a very good fight as Quinlan takes the first 10-9.
