Very good summary about athletic…I live in bizkaia and we are all very proud of our local policy ….basically if you are born in one of the seven provinces or grow up here in a football sense …you are eligible …ganea came here to bizkaia when he was 8 and played his local football for basuari a club near Bilbao…so the members are happy especially this season with the cup win and league season …in general…
