I guess the success of his claim will largely depend upon the evidence available regarding the alleged incident, which is some years ago. I always saw him as talented but unfit bench player, and maybe he just couldn’t reach the fitness standards required to demand a spot in the playing group? He wouldn’t be the first, or the last.
