I was a Geelong supporter before you were a twinkle in your old man’s eye, Cat.
Can, admittedly vaguely, remember 1951!
There’s no more denying it: Chris Scott is a legendary coach
Take a long , intensive, look at history, Cat!

Umm…..more to the point, delivered Chris Scott a rocket you know where!

A big thank you to Steve Hocking 👍

Thanks Steve (Hocking)!
AFL Grand Final Focus: Dad's Army wins the war - here's how Chris Scott's Cats produced their masterpiece
bdosi, I played the game before you were a twinkle in your old man’s eye.
Reckless play is not OK
Have a really close look at any game next round (or any previous round for that matter). Subtle hesitations, in all manner of contested situations, are now the norm rather than the, once upon a time, outrageous exception.
Reckless play is not OK
LachyP, it doesn’t get any simpler, or succinct, than that….well said.
Reckless play is not OK
…AFL is a gladiator sport….Yeah, can’t wait until they let the lions onto the arena ????
Reckless play is not OK
Great article Christy….nothing will change until the administrators of the game brush up on their physics. Bigger, faster….1/2mv^2. What could possibly go wrong?

Good on you, Les,
I can’t help but admire your unrelenting passion for what you believe in.
You’re certainly no ordinary, run of the mill, scribbler!
(from a Cats supporter who hates the Magpies with equal passion).
Political uncertainty and a lack of vision at Collingwood

AFL players are being pushed to the limit
Lay one on Eddie and he’d squeal to his legal adviser.
Collingwood are an unstable rabble
Clearly, the odd Collingwood supporter never got to graduate kindergarden
McGuire defends Sidebottom after lockdown breach
And who, among those that didn’t play in the prelim, can you depend on when the chips are down?
Cats entering uncharted territory
There lies a large part of the problem, Yatt…..Chris Scott!
One of those special species of salesman if I’ve ever seen one (and I’ve come across quite a few in my time).
Maybe a bit harsh…but only a tiny bit.
Cats entering uncharted territory
“….and eliminated the reigning premiers in the second week of finals…..”
They can thank Willie Rioli for that.
“….they were the only team to make the Tigers sweat in the second half of a final….”
It took Richmond, after having a week off, half a game to get into first gear.
Geelong are simply not up to finals football standard.
Too many go missing when the screws are applied…..another year older, as well.
My 2 cents worth ( as a lifelong Cats supporter).
Cats entering uncharted territory
The classic defence of the defenceless!
