Id probably put Saffa as favorites to win RC, and game with NZ will be a cracker. Australia can do good provided they all front up. I think its a series where coaches are still finding who the right mixes are, with one eye on RWC 2023.

What makes Saffa number 1 is if they select all there top players, they should win the physical battle vs NZ (we saw how good Fiji forwards played) and Argentina last year showed NZ Achilles heel (make it niggly upfront, play physical).

The Thursday rugby two-up: The Rugby Championship is here (somewhere)

I do hope Foster has some continuity in the lineup selections for next week. The loosies selections will be interesting if they stick with same combo or shift ardie to 7 and bring jacobsen in, thought Akira played pretty good. If Moody is still not fully fit, woulda prefer Karl to start over Bower. The backline seems to be shaping nicely, I do prefer Reiko on the left wing (he is showing signs of maturity in that no try with the pass which he would usually not do). Havili and ALB seem to be working. Just hope he doesn’t change the lineup foster

NZ View: All Blacks' 'one man show,' Wallabies 'not a million miles away'

The solid lineup for the first test. Interesting to see how Akira performs at 6, a perfect opportunity to really put a massive shift, especially with Blackadder looming in the background. Good to see Dalton get rewarded as well. Reiko also has an opportunity to showcase his skills at 11 again with Jordan’s injury.

Looking forward to the game

Bledisloe teams named: Petaia returns, no Quade for Wallabies. Mo'unga given No.10 jersey, McKenzie stays at 15

The warriors have to start Walsh, it makes no sense keeping him on the bench. I can understand the calls for him to be at FB, but Id prefers keeping RTS at FB, Walsh to the halves. But it seems warriors are going to play RTS on the wing, if so, they will have to come up with some plays to give him touches because when he attacks he is dangerous. The big concern for me is the halves pairing and hooker. Egan isn’t up to standard, Kodi goes missing and is too inconsistent. CHT kicking game needs to improve. Seems that Brown is following the Kearney trend where they fail to make the correct calls and harsh calls when needed

Eight talking points from NRL Round 10

The warriors cowboys one will be interesting. I think warriors will be a bit too strong for the cowboys barring no late line up change. Tohu back will provide some flair into there forwards. With Rts back at 1, that is where he is best
