No real comment on article, was watching 360 then Ennis came on…

Round 6 team lists Late Mail: Raiders gun to miss Broncos clash, Manly star out, Panther hobbled, Lane back

The Wrap: Super Rugby's two-speed expansion so far provides multiple headaches

I was looking forward to ABs not going in to a RWC as favourites, but most of betting agencies – TAB, Sportsbet, Ladbrokes etc – have them either equal favourites with France or second favourites. What!! With Ryan and Schmidt involved I was considering another donation to one of these outfits (I have made a massive contribution to keeping them all afloat over the years) but I now feel totally disrespected and will have to reconsider whether I will be flushing more good after bad after all.

NZ Rugby finally gets their man, and in the process, accidentally gets things right

I guess. Nothing to lose I suppose.

COMMENT: Bumbling NZR throw Foster's ABs RWC campaign under the bus and taint Razor's moment of triumph

Does anyone think Foster will actually hang around now?

OK that’s the easy part for Ardie with the judiciary out of the way, I want to know what happened when his Mum got hold of him.

Confirmed: Savea banned by Super Rugby Judiciary for throat-slit gesture

And he’s already copped it from his old man. crikey, wait til his Mum gets hold of him

Take him outside and… you know the drill… a la Breaker Morant.

Savea CITED for throat-slit 'brain explosion,' faces prospect of lengthy ban

Best “mad eyes” in the game too. One of my favourite players, always seems to be having a ball (so to speak). Reminds me of little tackers running around on Saturday morning just having fun.
Looks like he has bulked up a bit this year?

The Wrap: Ireland's emphatic statement, young guns look Super ready, Albo's 'cringe' moment

Ashton Turner (C)

BBL form highlights how badly selectors need to refresh ageing Australian T20 team with new blood

Exactly JC, comment was meant to be ironic.

The Wrap: Rugby Australia get their man but at what cost to their 'junk bond status' reputation?

Should be great entertainment when Eddie and McLennan turn on each other,

Ooooh… OK. (Foster will probably take care of that anyway.)

'Disappointed I won't be able to see out my contract': Rennie wishes Wallabies well despite brutal sacking

We did try. Can NZ Rugby borrow Mclennan just for ten minutes to zoom Foster for us.

'Disappointed I won't be able to see out my contract': Rennie wishes Wallabies well despite brutal sacking

Glad for Dave and his family’s sake. Good luck guys, you are better off out of toxic rubbish that is RA. Having said that, I think Eddie is exactly the man for the job. Five years!? Give me break, players will have him sacked inside three.
As for Hamish, how are Magellan going? Billions of funds withdrawn, share price tanked and shouting directors a rise. Top operator, can’t wait to see him and Eddie going at it.

'Major coup': Rennie axed with Eddie Jones returning as Wallabies coach on mammoth deal for two Cups

“He can’t just pick & choose when he intervenes on a whim.”
And neither can we. My mob watching (BF fans) were frustrated by Roses skilfully (not) rolling away and slowing BF ball down going unpunished. Them’s the breaks. Thought the reffing was OK, probably cos ‘we’ won. Unfortunately, the ref who I thought was the best throughout the tournament was the English girl (can’t remember her name) so I guess she was unable to ref final cos she is English. (WTF the RLWC semi Oz V NZ being reffed by Aussie ref!? But that is for another thread)
Anyway, just watched the Roses Captain and Coach presser. Brilliant! Anyone with an interest in any sport who’s hasn’t seen it should watch it. An absolute template for class in defeat.

INSTANT CLASSIC! Black Ferns stun England, end unbeaten run to claim World Cup glory with famous win

Got paid out on my ‘!st try scorer’ so he definitely wasn’t out. Actually I think he might have been but they ain’t having the loot back.

The Wrap on Friday: Call it all the time or not at all - crazy, ridiculous moment we should have seen coming

Jake Gordon at 9?

Under the Pump: Burning questions for Foley and Kellaway, plus the six others facing intense pressure in TRC

ABs now being coached by a committee and we know what a committee did when they set out to design a horse. I am afraid any AB victory today regardless of margin would, for me, still be papering over the cracks. Still need a cleanout of current admin and Foster/Robinson aroma about the joint IMO. Perhaps, as stated by many on here, “the rest of the world has caught up”, which by me is fine, however, I still believe that NZ has cattle and coaching ability to at least compete and beat the best. And I for one, and many others I suspect, would accept losses etc if the likes of Robertson or whoever and chosen crew were installed immediately and we could see some sort of direction. Foster/Robinson and company are now worse than incompetent, they are delusional.
Despite all of the above and having got that off my chest, I am actually looking forward to watching both The Pumas and Wallabies today, at least I can see what they are trying to do and I wish both of them sincerest good wishes – including Mr Cheika. Never thought I would say that.

Under the pump: 'Whispers will grow louder' - eight men facing the most pressure in round four of TRC

There was a plan?

'No identity': What are the All Blacks trying to do?

Could not believe Marx did not start. We can’t know what would have happened if he did but I’m sure I was not the only AB supporter to feel the relief.

The Wrap: Coaches ride the rollercoaster as Rugby Championship gets turned on its head

I think Foster will ‘resign’ regardless of result tonight. I believe Robertson & Co can turn things around reasonably quickly. That should not save the ar$$es of the current admin.

Ian Foster is an ethical, likeable guy but his indecision casts a shadow on the darkness

I’d like to see the NRL and, in fact, all other sporting bodies crack down on the term ‘Dog shot’. Our dog is a lovely bloke, loyal, trustworthy and dependable who would put his life on the line for any member of our family. And apart from a couple of toileting mishaps, he has never really put a foot wrong. Also, as he would tell you, the shoes/pillows/cushions/beanbag were all past their use by date anyway.

Sticky situation: NRL should enforce a few more rules in Operations Manual after Stuart's spray

They had a plan?

Just more pretending to do something.
