Paisami wing? Kurtley anywhere? What you smokin bro?

Dave Rennie's accidental masterstroke

Surely Wilson at 8 and Valetini at 6 needs another look

MATCH REPORT: Brave but bumbling, the Wallabies fall to Eddie for eighth straight time

Hoskins was.

Thought Lolesio played well vs the French.

JOC was good in super rugby no doubt, but he hasn’t proven that he can be a Test level 10 (yet).

So you’d stick with JOC? What’s he done that would back that decision?

And no not from Canberra!

MATCH REPORT: Brave but bumbling, the Wallabies fall to Eddie for eighth straight time

I think he’s one of the last I would blame for that performance…

JOC is not the answer at 10. I am concerned that Rennie has the level of faith he has in him. Plays far too deep when we saw how well we can attack when we are flatter under Cooper. Plus he doesn’t offer any variation and doesn’t have the acceleration he once did.

Feels like Cooper and Lolesio (with Harrison understudy) need to be the options going forward.

As for Beale, for the 2nd week in a row he was poo. Needs to be put (back) out to pasture.

With the depleted team sheet we have, and missing Topou and 7As in particular, my head says England are hot favourites for this match.

But the HEEEARRT says if we can dig in and show what we did in the 3rd French Test, where we played with 14 men for 75 mins and triumphed… WE CAN DO THIS!

Either way it will be fascinating to watch. GO YOU GOOD THINGS!!

O'Connor vs. Smith: Rennie backs JOC to bounce back in epic battle of old and new

Thought Skelton did bugger all when he came on.

Would like to see Philip get some game time, always plays with heart and always in the thick of it

MATCH REPORT: Wallabies will be 'filthy with themselves' as Scotland end winning streak

Wha you smokin bro?

Are the Wallabies really good enough for third in the world?

Why was Wilson put out to pasture in the first place?

With Swinton still a bit of a liability (his tackle technique needs work or he’ll find himself spending far more time in the naughty chair), isn’t our strongest backrow 6 Valetini 7 Hooper 8 Wilson? That’s what I’d like to see.

'We want to get the country behind us': Everything Rennie said about beating Boks, JOC return

…”Niggly and obstructive off the ball.”

This is the second SAf article I’ve read which have described the Wallabies as thus.

Anyone see compelling evidence to support this? Or sour grapes?

'A grovelling apology from me': World reaction to Quade brilliance and 'one dimensional' Boks

Come off it. Boks could have been pinged much more for their breakdown work than they were. Didn’t see much release of the tackler before going for the ball.

+1. Super Rugby has done its dash

RA and NZR agree new Super Rugby format with one major sticking point over 'integrity'

Where were you last year when Sth Africa announced at the last minute they weren’t coming? Literally EVERYONE was furious, and said so at the time…

'We're comfortable': NZR boss defends Bledisloe no-show in face of Australia's 'emotion'

Exactly. While Sio is a Brumby. Hence the potential influence of McKellar in his selection

Why the Wallabies are still looking for fool’s gold

What a bizarre take. To think that 1) Hooper is the problem, and 2) that getting rid of him is what the Wallabies need in order to improve, you’re either a troll or in need of an urgent HIA…

Why the Wallabies are still looking for fool’s gold

Ok I’ll bite on your “analysis”.

I’ll keep to two key questions.

1) Who, in your learned view, should take Hooper’s spot in the team? Apparently there are better options out there, despite universal acclaim for Hooper’s play and captaincy in the France series and Bled 1?

2) If you allow overseas Australian players to be selected, rather than requiring them to play Super Rugby in Australia, the floodgates will open and Australian Super players will be lost to better-paying contracts in Europe and Japan. Meaning the Aussie Super teams go massively backwards and are even less competitive against Kiwi teams, making rugby a less attractive game to Australian audiences, which compounds an ongoing decline and death spiral when it comes to juniors playing the game and coming through the ranks.

Do you honestly think this is a smart move?

You’re allowed to be disappointed by tonight’s game (as am I) but I don’t buy your arguments.

MATCH REPORT: Rennie's Wallabies sent out to go big or die trying - it was the latter

You obviously don’t watch Test rugby much.

England vs ABs in the 2019 WC semi (which England won) a good place to start.

Yawn

'He got me good': What Hooper told Retallick after brutal clean out, plus thoughts on Bledisloe II

What’s the issue mate, Hooper bang your missus?

Welcome back Lachie! Swinton confirmed as Wallabies name their team

Don’t mind this team! Though pity to see Ikitau benched as he has been quality.

This is last chance saloon time for Toomua, he has been under par throughout 2021 so this game he really has to show he still has “it”… otherwise Wallabies are best to choose someone else to be in the squad through to 2023.

Well said.

“But the second half was a Mo’unga masterclass, just like next weekend will probably be too.”

NZ View: All Blacks' 'one man show,' Wallabies 'not a million miles away'

It’s a weird one. Can confirm he was left out of the 7s team and was not named in the ABs’ RC/Bled squad.

How did he go in SR this year? Surely not left out of the ABs due to form after being so destructive 12 months ago

Bledisloe dawn: The questions for the Wallabies ahead of Game 1

Hey all, can anyone tell me what happened to Caleb Clarke?

After such a massive debut last year I don’t believe he was named in the ABs squad?

I know he went for but wasn’t selected in the NZ 7s team… is he injured?
