I do want Willie to be out of the 31 man squad, but we don’t have enough experience with Gallant unfortunately and Sbu on wing did not impress with his defense against Wales so we can move Kolbe to fullback. Unfortunately have to stick with the last few games squad 😔

Yes, he can kick the ball for miles which we are sorely missing in the current squad, but I did not see Frans deliver his young spark from few years back unfortunately.
Will needs to be removed from the 31 man squad!!! He cannot even pass properly – flip-flop passes like a 6 year old is unacceptable at this level

Who said NZ had to win the 1st match against South Africa?? All fans “guessed” the outcome of the groups before the tournament and therefore the coaches and teams could also “plan” accordingly to make it “easier” for them if they are that kind of team.
However, don’t blame SA that Ireland and Scotland didn’t show up and don’t dish Japan’s efforts for their emergence in Tier 1 the way they did, all just to say SA had it easy. Japan was Brilliant 👍 and SA had to fight hard to get the win against them.
SA did not go into this World Cup with the “plan” to lose against NZ in their 1st match so they can have it “easier”. England, with Eddie and Mitch, have our number and SA has been horrible against Ireland and Wales the last few years. So, no, I don’t agree with you on easier.
Unfortunately the NH teams did not really impress us in the last 6 weeks.
SA just planned better and played to their strengths and did more than enough to pace themselves every game so that they could lift the trophy in the end.
NZ and SA was the final candidates for me from the start and it is unfortunate that NZ had a horrible day at the office in the semi-final, whether it be because they did not show up for work, or ENG outplayed them, or any other excuse. I am really sorry NZ fell out as it would’ve been an epic match between NZ and SA for the final.
However, this is just 1 championship trophy. There are multiple competitions in between and that is where we as rugby fans prefer consistency and trophies and where NZ has been champions for forever and a day. Hopefully SA can start shaking things up (lots of improvement and consistency required) and AUS can sort out whatever is happening and get their Aussie pride back, so that we can enjoy our rivalries again
