In septembrer there is australia cup. Why everyone disregard it?

'I'm over it': Arnie doubles down on A-League frustration

Now and then everyone vent their frustration with a-league and the invisible australia cup, even the most positive person.
It’s nerve-racking watch things developing.
Don’t even know who is to blame.

'I'm over it': Arnie doubles down on A-League frustration

pressure from where? There is not even a football media in Australia.

trust me, the pressure over him is nothing in the football world.

'Take it easy': Call for fans to give Bayern boy Irankunda a break after emotional release

If he is not ready for A-League pressure, forget Europe.

A-League pressure is like sunday in the park.

'Take it easy': Call for fans to give Bayern boy Irankunda a break after emotional release

Start treating him as an adult now or he will become a Neymar Jr. – a great talent, but hated around the world for being spoiled brat until his 30’s.

Time to change is now

'Take it easy': Call for fans to give Bayern boy Irankunda a break after emotional release

AFL or NRL talent going overseas would be only for holiday, mate. 😊

Achtung, baby! Adelaide kid off to Germany in Australia's most expensive football transfer

Sage didnt sell it because there was no offer.

It seems thet the only offer including down payment was the one that didnt pay.

Pellingra’s offer was nill payment, only the promise to invest in the club.

Glory back on the market after sale to Melbourne-based consortium falls through

Not the end of the world.
But, he must get used to those bulling, abuse, intimidation, etc.
Top players are usually targeted by opponents – knowing that he is explosive, even more.

Sorry Adelaide fans, but Nestory Irankunda deserved to be sent off

Unfortunately, Indonesia doesn’t seen to be the best partner in FIFA’s eyes:
from cnn (30/03/2023):
Soccer’s world governing body FIFA has stripped Indonesia of its right to host the Under-20 Men’s World Cup later this year after an Indonesian official objected to the participation of Israel.
“FIFA has decided, due to the current circumstances, to remove Indonesia as the host of the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2023,” FIFA said in a statement, without providing further clarification. “A new host will be announced as soon as possible, with the dates of the tournament currently remaining unchanged.”
The statement said sanctions against the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) were also possible.

Saudis enter bidding race for 2034 World Cup - and FIFA's contest looks set up for them to win

Sorry to say, but view the Australia Cup as pre-season is lack of football culture.
Consider a spot in a continental cup worthless is lack of football culture.
Have only seven months “proper season” is lack of football culture.

Australian clubs play very few games in a year, have one of the longest off season in the world and still snob a competition? Why?

Cracking Australia Cup Final was a reminder of just how good Australian football can be

ACL or AFC Cup?

AS IT HAPPENED: Sydney FC seal the Australia Cup with spectacular second half comeback

Men’s World Cup with 48 teams would need, at very least, 10/12 stadiums with at least 40.000 seats (for 2026, there will be 16 stadiums).
I don’t think Australia would be able to bid alone. Could Malaysia and Thailand be good partners?

Australia holds out 2034 FIFA World Cup hosting hope despite Saudi setback as 2030 set for three continents

Tonight, Melbourne City at Asia Champions League.
CCM tonight and Macarthur tomorrow at AFC Cup.
Good lucky to them. Their success would be good for Australian football.

It's up to fans to play their part in building our football culture

Latest information I got is that receivers have got more than one offer for PG.
Pelligra is the only one that went public about it, though.

If the A-Leagues backflip on the grand final, it is a win for fans - and for common sense

I don’t like it.
Premiership is the most important title in australian football and half of the teams are going to play one game less at home.
And why? What is nice about every game in a given round being played in the same city?
I don’t get it!

A-League Grand Final u-turn on the cards with potential Magic Round as Sydney replacement

the country is Colombia.
Columbia is a Canadian state

The world's noticing Australia's football talent - maybe some of our locals should too

The Roar's A-League tips and predictions: semi-finals

Glory brought Sturridge for millions and end up last place. Victory brought Nani for millions and end up 11th.
How much longer will AL clubs be made fools by former player after some easy money to pay their geriatricians.

BTW, the transfer fee for Bos and the one that is coming for Irankunda added will be less than the allegedly 4 millions paid for Nani in one season (10 games, no goal, 1 assist). How smart does it seem?

The Roar's A-League tips and predictions: Round 26

JMac was smart enough to realize that being a top player in AL is much better deal than being a nobody out there. 👍

I’ve seen many promising australian players just disappear in lower european leagues. He escaped this trap in time. Should be seen as an example.

A-League Round 25 talking points: Wild scenes in the west, Macca makes history, Jets going nowhere without new owner

Thanks.

The offers below 20 million for Glory and Adelaide makes me wonder who will pay 25 for a Canberra franchise.

The biggest irony of this A-League season is that it's the most entertaining campaign in years

Out of topic:
Does anyone have any information about the possible new owner for Perth Glory?

The biggest irony of this A-League season is that it's the most entertaining campaign in years

I agree that premiership is a title of its own and being reward with a spot in ACL is fair and makes it the most important title of australian football.

AFC Cup spot as reward for Australian Cup and Finals are also great value. That is a continental competition in which Australians can go a long way (I believe) and may be a great source of emotions and dramas. But who cares? Who made effort in Australian Cup to be granted one of these spots?

Apathy and incentives: Without high-level stakes and drama, the A-League will always be lacking

Cups are, by nature, competitions full of drama.
But for some reason I cant get, all Australia despite the aussie cup: supporters, clubs and media (even the roar). When it make the news, it is for the wrong reason and the last champion is a pub team.

Apathy and incentives: Without high-level stakes and drama, the A-League will always be lacking

I just hope bridging the gap doesnt mean bringing the best to the worst level.
That is what usually happens when you try to level the league.

The A-League desperately needs to bridge the gap between its best games and its worst

As Brazilian, I am proud of Tulio football and behavior.

Marcelo and Moreshe, on the other hand, have displayed poor behavior.
And the worst for me is listening Rudan saying Marcelo act like that cause he is Brazilian. What a cretin.
