Mad Madge seeks Tiger revenge
The good sides win in spite of bad calls, that’s where Madge is aiming.

Yes agree they are not there yet, a look at the steel in their defence in the last month would indicate they are heading up though.
Mad Madge seeks Tiger revenge
They’ve had a flaky win and a hard slog against the Raiders (which doesn’t look as good after the Manly game). Think we need to see if the effort is sustained for weeks on end before making judgement, with all the blokes out Benji may get a recall on the bench this week.
Has Mad Madge mellowed?
Interesting take. Lets pick up this argument if and when the Politis money dries up.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Unfortunately negative press makes better click-bait. It was great to see Latrell back in great form last week, although certain sections of the media hardly even mentioned it.
The sports media must promote inclusivity
Fair chance, I’m definitely no knock on him.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
To my point, maybe if clubs with less financial clout were rewarded for developing exceptional juniors, they wouldn’t lose said juniors so often. Roosters don’t let go of too many superstars in their prime.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Great to see the Knights sign their marquee man, surely the Broncs and Storm were sniffing around.
Biggest signing since Joey? Knights extend Kalyn Ponga on massive deal
Johns. Only because a 7 is more important than a 1.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Do yourself a favour and go back and look closely at some of Tedesco’s tries at the Tigers. Nothing on at all, carries 4 blokes across the line. Still no idea why he wasn’t playing reps earlier.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Joel Caine while we’re at it??
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Is it because he was poached by the Roosters? If so Teddy could be in trouble.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Is there a chance that Teddy might overtake Slater in attacking stats given the new ruck rules? It might become harder to make comparisons across eras if Tedesco starts scoring multiple tries every game.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
As a Tigers and Rugby League fan it is THE most painful thing having to watch Teddy play for Easts. I could tell from very early he was unique (read my prior work on here), I feel the NRL really needs to do something to reward the development clubs for nurturing greatness, whether that be monetary or in some other way I don’t know. Ideas are welcome.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
He’s close with Mini, I reckon he’ll be super fit well into his 30’s
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Could see SBW terrorising a few QB’s
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
I didn’t mention Thurston but he’s going in the immortal category too
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Yes they may ‘receive’ the ball a similar amount (over a two week period -head scratcher) but how many receipts lead to tries, line break assists, tackle busts? They’re both good in broken play but Teddy gets the ball flat footed and often ends up looking genius.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
Comparing players across eras is entertaining mate, and obviously requires a few assumptions to be understood.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
True. Hayne had some of Teddy’s natural gifts without the work ethic.
Five reasons why Tedesco will eclipse Slater and Lockyer
If these players keep playing for him the Tigers won’t be an unattractive option much longer.
