de ethncise was the term coined by the soccer boss of the day around 1995. you fail to state the many other clubs run without pokies sucessfully without tv right s and money from soccer australia. NSL was successful considering they didnt need millions and produced the best players in this country ever. a league is an insult to the game. it will never now become successful because they took the best people and clubs out of the game because of racism. 100 per cent.

hahah dark days. NSL had the best era of the great game. A league has done nothing but continue to show how bad its getting. A professional game yeah right? lol are you kidding? nsl averaged about the same crowds as the a league today. Up to the last official year of the NSL being 1995 before it become the puppet of racists. There will be plenty of people celebrating the collapse of the A league. Its a joke. 250 a league supporters versus 17000 ex nsl team supporters. What a pitiful excuse for a league. Millions wasted and for what watching retired players playing and one player that is good enough goes straight overseas lol. NSL had better quality with part time players without having to spend milions. A league is a waste of time and space.

WRONG ABSOLUTELY WRONG… The term ‘de ethnicise’ was coined by the soccer boss of the day david hill around 1995 years before you state the above. It was demanded that soccer australia wanted to de ethnicise the sport of soccer. They wanted to get rid of anything that represents ethnicity. Ethnic cleansing is what de ethnicise means, In the end they got what they wanted with the help of the government. They should have helped the nsl clubs which by the way were self sufficient and relying on their own funds for decades. They were not in a financial mess like you are led to believe until later on when they forced them to couph up millions ( well the ones they didnt kick out along the way) There was nothing wrong with nsl teams before they got their racist hands on them. It was goiing along nicely and getting about the same crowds up to around mid 90s as they are getting now or maybe even more on average. Yet theres another 10 million population in this country. Tv rights millions of dollars spent. We wont get into how a disaster that decision to de ethnicise is. It was 100 per cent discrimanory and racist. The crowd numbers of the old nsl teams versus an a league team says it all. The a league was designed to fail ethnic nsl teams. Its ironic you say nsl teams couldnt raise the millions and yet the only 2 allowed including perth n there considered anglo enough somehow managed it! weird but then again with racists helping them out no wonder…By the way adelaide combined didnt ehy im sure it wasnt adelaide hellas or adelaide city you are talking about but a new team called adelaide. De ethnicise is the term you need to remember. Anything after that was designed to kick out the ethnic clubs.
