This Jock talk reminds me of the talk of Bernaaaarrd boosters when he was around. He had a good game against Scotland once. I watched Lawson score three tries in the first half of a club game leadingg up to Bros’ Grand Final win. He is a strong balanced runner and he is young. His golf is shxt!

Cec, There ìs no chance Jordan will be dropped by the Reds. They couldn’t hold Kerevi. Petaia has a great resume. Notwithstanding some asinine comments here, he is hot property on the football market. Even Eddie Jones could see that. If he doesn’t get the WallabyTop up payments, he will be off to Europe or Japan in a flash. Quade can show him the sights.

Jordan Petaia is a brilliant player, big strong, fast with a powerful kick. He had just endured six years with a hopeless coach and a World cup campaign managed by Eddie Jones. He has been forced to play outside substandard #10s. When it looks back in his career so far the win loss record is very ordinary. Like all good players he wants to play in teams that are successful. Sometimes a marquee player will go to an ordinary team for the money. Jordan who plays with 100% enthusiasm every game it’s entitled to look for a better opportunity. Kiss and Schmidt have 12 months to impress him.

I have the feeling the Australian Seven team is like a little club for batchelor mates, jealous of 15’s players who are tougher and more well known. They do not like new experienced famous people coming in. There are only a few places available and if you are replaced you have to go back home to obscurity and get a job.

Coach Goon sacked Quade before his first season started because the tradesman like Hamish Stewart was going to be a great #10 for the Reds. If Carter Gordon doesn’t have the requisite skill set for test football now, he’ll never develop them. The Wallabies need two top level #10s for every test match.

I can’t understand the use of the word “Redemption”.

Sanchez missed the seemingly simple kick to convert the first Barbarian try like he missed a kick to win the World Cup playoff for third place.
