I agree and I thought the previous chairman and CEO (John Grant and David Smith) were the ‘professionals with business acumen’ that the NRL needed. I struggle to understand why they were both perceived so negatively by the Rugby League community at the time, I actually thought they were doing a good job in respect to what their job position entails (strategic direction, organisation management etc.)

I find it concerning ACA even requested this. It’s as if they still don’t understand how serious of an offense ball tampering (aka cheating) is.
