Rob Simmons debuted for the Wallabies in 2010, up until he was cut from the Reds at the end of 2017, he played 82 games for the Wallabies.
An average of 10.25 games per year.
Since signing with the Tahs for the 2018 season, he has played 17 times, 18 if you include tonight’s game. An average of 9 a year so far, with more games yet to be played.

Rugby recently established a ‘fighting fund’ through the Australian Rugby Foundation, which is designed to keep as many of those types of players as possible.
