Anyway what’s the use. It’s not just Buzz, a plethora of journalist’s these day’s use the Buzz methodology of ‘journalism’. Look at Paul Kent et al. And then they complain when people in Rugby League stay silent and wont give them the information they crave to big themselves up. Should Buzz disappear, we will see some other criticizing, false facts stating merchant take his place because the fake controversy and hatred for the journalist sells.

Disagree on Ryan, lost count of how many times he lost the ball or picked the wrong player to pass to as that player already had pressure on before they received the ball. It’s funny though as I remember when he first came onto the scene he had great confidence with the ball at his feet.

A great coach makes the best out of what they have. Playing that 3-4-3 formation with the players we had was frustrating. Insisting on playing out from the back with the players we had was even more so. Everytime Ryan got the ball you could tell he was uncomfortable trying to spread the ball instead of kicking it up field. Everytime Jedinak, Degenek, Wright, Smith et al. got the ball, they looked uncomfortable trying to play it forward.
He did so well playing a counter attacking 4-3-3 in the World Cup 2014 and Asian cup because it played to the strengths of our players i.e soaking up pressure and countering with pace on the flanks with guy’s like Leckie running at scrambling defences, or using a set piece to find Timmy’s head.

Should never have been allowed to play again. We’re not talking about a minor crime here or a stupid mistake. We have all seen the video and what he did was serious and he deserves to be behind bars.
Until the NRL stops giving people like Lodge a second, third, fourth chance, the stigma of NRL players being brainless criminals remains.

With Robbie Kruse running off-side all day and misplacing every cross (his first cross of the game seems to always go out for a goal kick) or pass, I’d say every team is terrified of us.
We are a good team that hasn’t reached our potential, but it has more to do with the weak links in the chain that seem to always start regardless of their poor performances.

The nostalgia this post has brought me is incredible. I unashamedly booed. My father – an Iranian immigrant who is as gentle and quiet as they come – booed too.
