Born in 1946, first game 1951. I am black and white, there are no other colours. There is no such thing as a second team. The first word I taught my daughter was "magpies". My father lived in a tenement house behind the Yarra Falls goals and carried Dick Lee's bag to get into the game free. I am the quintessential Collingwodd tragic.

Sent him a text congratulating him on a piece he had written, his reply was “thanks cockhead”. Great journo, not.

Footy Fix: ANOTHER Magpie magic act sinks the Power - here's how Collingwood pulled off their greatest heist yet

Would be piss funny if he eeturned to the Pies at end of season.

AFL News: Dees drop Grundy bombshell, fresh Hinkley theory in Suns' Dew sacking

Stick to your guns mate. Loving your team is what it’s all about but always make sure your shoes are super clean or you have a good mouthwash for those times when things go pear shaped.

Six Points: Getting back on the Blue bandwagon, fixing the MRO's biggest flaw, and the new dangerous tackle reality

The comment that one couple are not indigenous is a real minefield. Try reading the criteria and see if you can understand how it works. The focus should be on their treatment not their ethnicity unless that was the basis for their treatment and then it becomes racism. The situation needs to be fully resolved in an open and fair way (if that is now possible) for the well-being of all involved. My club went through it and, I believe, is a better environment for working to resolve their issues. There has to be be transparency for a resolution to be achieved and that has not yet happened.

AFL News: Power's brutal captain call, ex-Hawks' welfare officer makes shock investigation claim

Fly will not rest players. He may do again what he did when he subbed out Pendles but I would be extremely surprised if he invoked th “soreness” excuse to rest a player.

AFL power rankings Round 11: Halfway done, It's Always Sunny in Darwin and hope for West Coast

Nicky D is the only player to have done that?

In the initial 2 year period, surely there would be retirements, trades and delistings that would free up salary space even allowing for new player recruitment (unless a star). Three R1 picks allows clubs to look at 3 areas that need improvement and improve the quality of their list markedly more than using just one. Weagles problem would be the go-home factor and possibly the potential wait for success. Weagles, I think should trade if they get #1 and look at WA talent, particularly as Dockers do not have a R1 pick this draft.

TOM MORRIS: Harley Reid is a generational talent who could deliver elusive flag to GWS. How ambitious will the Giants be?

Who does he replace?

Michael Voss has Carlton shaping as a bottom six candidate
