I can understand all players wanting to make as much as they can in their relatively short careers. It’s ridiculous that Cricket Australia only offers one year contracts. The players have no real certainty so, why should they be loyal. Players like Green should be on a 5-10 year contract.
In the 90’s the Chicago Bulls did that with Pippen, locking him in to 10s when he was very young. These IPL owners only care about their profits, not the game. Which is why we should never privatise the BBL.
