bigotry is not just racism …. its homophobia …. its misogyny …. its a whole raft of discriminatory attitudes/beliefs/prejudices/opinions/behaviours targeting people purely on the basis of their membership of a particular grouping … and its happening on an industrial scale in YOUR game …. stop deflecting and explain why bigots gravitate to the world game like flies to a dung heap? [edit] cripps didnt even attempt to attack the ball – his sole purpose was to bump the brisbane player with maximum force from the side (worth noting – the brisbane player would have been oblivious to cripps attack as he was coming at him from behind and to the side …… that was a malicious act)

what does your authority say about the geographic origin of $ spent on match day tickets/memberships/merchandise/food/bars/pubs/transport etc – $ spent by southerners or residents of nsw/qld?

the numbers are impressive …… so if data is your guide (and endless debates about participation rates seem to indicate that it is) then soccer and rugby union should forget their domestic footprint and focus their entire efforts on internationals (for the mens and womens game) – thats where the money/interest is if i understand you correctly
