I`ve always thought a team representing the Pacific Islands including PNG, could be based in Townsville playing every second week at County Bank Stadium. They just need a training Centre and maybe a second team in the Q Cup. They would fill that stadium and give kids of Island descent a pathway.

Refs are bagged and dragged through the media mercilessly every week, I think we would all be a bit gun shy trying to arrive at a decision under the pressure these guys put up with.
